Even regular visitors to Meron have been struggling to understand how 45 people could be asphyxiated to death there.

***More important updates below***

UPDATE:

There is a new video with new footage of what happened, that needs careful analysis.

PLEASE GO AND SEE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED, HERE:

====

The timings on the slides below appear to be wrong – the crush built up much faster, and seems to have been caused by 10 policemen and at least one policewoman blocking the exit, with or without gates.

The footage is conveniently ‘cut’ at the crucial part that would show why people suddenly stopped on the stairs.

You can see it for yourself HERE:

https://www.mako.co.il/news-israel/2021_q2/Article-249099ac79d3971026.htm

====

I’d been poring over media accounts for three days, and still couldn’t really understand how this was meant to have happened. So yesterday morning, I grabbed my camera and decided I had to go and see things for myself, to see if that would bring a bit more clarity to the picture.

In this post, I’m going to first bring the cold, hard facts – as much as they are knowable, with so many big parts of the puzzle still missing.

And then maybe in a different post, I’ll tell you more about some of the interesting things that were going on up in Meron, and more of what I heard from some of the people there.

Ready?

Let’s do it.

====

Identifying where the deaths occurred.

I’ve seen so many pictures of stairs next to white sheet metal fencing – that I totally didn’t recognise. So, the first job was to go and actually find the place where the 45 Meron Martyrs were killed al kiddush Hashem.

(More on how that actually happened below, after we get the cold, hard facts set down).

The following stills come from THIS drone footage of Meron, shot on April 30th, 2021.

(I’m working on doing this as a short video, too, if I can figure it out – see the update below.)

====

How 45 people died in Meron, on L’ag B’omer 2021:

====

That’s how it happened.

Now, we can make more sense of the videos I posted up here in previous articles. Let’s explain them clearly, so you really get what happened beyond the shadow of a doubt, and can’t be misled by any more MSM-government-sponsored lies and ‘spin’.

This video below first shows the exit that was blocked.

It also seems to show that one Border Policeman had enough of a neshama to start trying to rip down the metal sheeting right next to the blocked exit, to try to relieve the pressure and give people more space.

But notice other policemen standing at the bottom of the stairs, still holding the crowds back.

====

Next, you see the ‘river’ of visitors coming down the fenced-in path with the metal ramp.

I suspect that fencing was also put up around the sides just for this L’ag B’Omer, but I haven’t been able to confirm that yet.

But you can clearly see from the drone footage, above, that usually this area was all open air.

So why close it in?

====

Next, the video goes to an overhead view, looking down at the stairs from the building above it, where you can see how people have now ‘collapsed’ down the stairs and been crushed to death.

This occurred after the police removed the barriers blocking the exit, which caused hundreds of people to topple down on each other.

You can see one or two ‘regular’ police at this point trying to pull people out of the pile, together with a few first responders.

But all those big, burly ‘Border Police’ guys who were blocking the exit have now left the area.

Why didn’t they stay, to try to rescue more of the people who had been crushed and asphyxiated to death?

====

Now that we’ve pinned this information down, there are more questions to be answered.

According to this eyewitness account, below, two police pulled a double-gate across this exit at approximately 12:30am.

(The audio is very quiet, but if you can listen to what he’s saying, it’s very useful information.)

====

The gate was still in place almost half an hour later, at approximately 1am.

That means that the police let the crush build up on the metal ramp for approaching half an hour before the deaths occurred, without making any public announcement that people should try to find a different exit.

Why?

====

UPDATE:

Menachem Engel, the guy in the video above, contacted me to make it clear that he is not saying and doesn’t know if the gates were still in place at almost 1am. I’m happy to include this information.

And I also want to include this information, from another eye-witness, that was reported in Hebrew HERE,  that the single exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex was blocked by 10 burly policemen, plus at least one policewoman who were pushing people back up the stairs and the ramp, just before the ‘disaster’ (in Hebrew):

https://go.bhol.co.il/31eLuS

====

Google translated snippet:

“[Q]uite a few dozen seconds after we passed the entrance to the path, a lot of policemen and at least one policewoman came to the entrance to the path and blocked the exit.

Anyone who knows this area at the time of L’ag B’Omer, this year and every year knows that police officers do not walk around in the mehadrin area at all [i.e. the area cordoned off for just men]… And certainly there are no policewomen in the whole area.

Suddenly at least 10 policemen appeared in one shot?!?!

They were at the ‘disaster’ long before the first responders and Magen Dovid Adam !! And after the disaster – most of them (not all!) did not reach out at all… they were not determined and urgent to help, to say the least.”

====

Another thing that Menachem Engel states – corroborated by many others – is that the Toldos Aharon plaza was unusually and uncomfortably crowded, and that he felt ‘trapped’ in the complex as soon as he entered it.

Other eye-witnesses have said that the police blocked other exits out the Toldos Aharon plaza, leaving ‘Reb Dov Shvil’ – the metal ramp – as pretty much the only exit out of the area.

According to the eyewitness above, he was told by a ‘mystery chassid’ to try to find another route out of the Toldos Aharon Complex because there was so much overcrowding at the blocked exit.

He only managed to do that because he was joined by a group of 40 yeshiva bochurs who managed to ‘fight their way out’ of the crowds to go up past the bleachers, and to exit via the area containing the ‘back bleachers’ at the top of this picture:

====

Let’s try to sum up the list of specific questions here, to keep this as simple as possible:

1.Why were all other exits out of the Toldos Aharon complex blocked off by the police?

2. Why was the only real exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex blocked by gates for half an hour, while more and more people joined the crush on the metal ramp? –

UPDATE: More information is coming out about how the exit was blocked. It could have been gates, initially, but it could also have been the group of 10 policemen, plus at least one policewoman, who showed up shortly before the ‘disaster’ and physically prevented the crowds from leaving the steps.

3. Who gave the order for that exit to be blocked?

4. Why was that order given?

5. Why was no public announcement made to tell people that the exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex had been blocked?

6. If you are going to tell me that the police closed the exit to prevent more people entering the plaza to ‘prevent overcrowding’, why wasn’t the gate set up at the top of the metal ramp, instead of by the bottom at the stairs?

7. Why was that whole area enclosed with white metal sheeting on the morning of L’ag B’omer, making a narrow, confined space even more narrow and confined?

(Especially in ‘Covid times’, when the authorities have been making a big distinction between ‘indoor’ and ‘outdoor’ areas?)

8. Why did the police refuse to acknowledge that they had blocked the main exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex – and instead tried to blame the disaster on a mythical ‘stampede’ that never happened?

9. Why, immediately after the disaster at 1am, did the police put a message out on the public announcement system that everyone should leave the Rashbi complex immediately – which only added to the crush at all the blocked exits, and prevented ambulances from being able to drive up to the site of the fatalities?

(That’s why we saw so many pictures of people being carried out by hand on stretchers, then taken a long way down the mountain by people running with them – the ambulances couldn’t get up to the site.)

10. What other structures were built, what other bottlenecks were created, what other exits were blocked by the police at Meron before L’ag B’omer, to create so much dangerous and unusual overcrowding in the area?

====

There are way, way more questions about what happened.

We’ll get to those another time.

But in this post, I’m focussing-in specifically on the circumstances that led to the deaths of those 45 Meron Martyrs.

I’ve learned from experience that it’s when we focus in on the details, the nitty-gritty, that the truth inevitably starts to shake out.

I know they say the devil is in the detail, but invariably, I’ve found that the truth is in the detail – and once you pin the details down, they just can’t spin their lies about what happened in quite the same way.

====

BH, we’ve made a lot of progress since Friday, in figuring out what really went on here.

Now, that this part of the equation is figured out, we can turn more of our attention to who made these deadly decisions, who enforced them – and who stood to benefit from a ‘mass casualty’ event in Meron this year.

Make no mistake: this time around all of these questions will be answered.

And the people responsible for the murder in Meron will finally be exposed.

====

UPDATE:

On the Ynet (fake…) news site they had this article, about the safety report about the Toldos Aharon complex ahead of L’ag B’Omer:

Snippet:

Meron event organizers ignored major safety report days before disaster

Report ordered organizers of the festivities at the Toldos Aharon compound, where the stampede occured, to have 4 passageways if the number of participants exceeds 9,000; 20,000 were inside when stampede occured but only one exit was open.

====

====

That Ynet report is trying to shift the blame for the deaths to the Toldos Aharon chassidut.

But what I want to know is, who was responsible for deciding there should be only one exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex?

I don’t believe that the Toldos Aharon chassidut would only want one exit in and out of their complex – how would that be helpful to them, and their followers?

So who made that decision, in stark contravention of this report that there should be at least 4 exits?

And then, who made the decision to close the only exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex, and who else signed off on it?

Once we know that, I think we’ll know a lot more.

UPDATE 2: THE VIDEO

In a minute and a half, you can now grasp what the MSM / government / police have all failed to explain to us over the last 4 days, namely how this ‘tragedy’ really occurred.

BH, I’m working on doing this in Hebrew, too, so the truth can get out there:

====

UPDATE 3:

I got this comment from the eyewitness in the video above, who wanted to make it clear that he doesn’t say / doesn’t know if the gates were still in place half an hour later.

I’m after the truth here, so I’m very happy to keep updating the information as more of it comes to light. And I’m very happy to see the new footage on Channel 12, that apparently shows there were no barriers.

Which means, of course, all these poor people on the steps suddenly stopped there for no reason at all, and voluntarily suffocated and crushed themselves to death….

Doesn’t it?

====

Menachem Engel says:(Edit)

Hi. I’m the guy in the video you posted in this article. I really want to make it clear that I state in the video that I dont know if the barriers were still up 30 minutes later. I don’t know why you would twist my words like that. New footage has come out tonight that shows there were no police barricades there. check channel 12 news. Thank you.

====

UPDATE 4:

This is in Hebrew, but Google translate does a good enough job of giving you the gist. It sets out in detail how the regular exits in and out of the ‘Toldos Aharon’ complex were blocked this L’ag B’omer, in the name of ‘Coronavirus Restrictions’.

While the Health Ministry put no limits – at all! – on the number of people travelling to Uman this year; and as far as I could see, there weren’t even the regular park n’ ride facilities in place this year to help regulate the crowds, what they did do is block off every exit to the ‘Toldos Aharon’ complex with fences, leaving just the ‘Shvil Reb Dov’ exit – which was known from previous years to be dangerously overcrowded, even with the other exits open.

https://hm-news.co.il/153013/

That article is apparently based on hundreds of eye-witness testimonies.

I was going to bring one of the comments on that article, which brings more information and raises a bunch more disturbing ideas, but I realised it’s making this post too long. So I will do a new post with that information instead, BH.

There are so many things that are not adding up about what just happened in Meron.

***More updates below***

We all know that another massive ‘whitewash’ is about to occur, where the police and the government will ‘investigate themselves’ and declare they did absolutely nothing – NOTHING!!! – wrong.

I can’t sleep thinking about it, so in the meantime I’ve typed up some of the things that aren’t making sense to me about what really happened in Meron.

I’m just listing them below, to ‘get them out there’ – and I’m very happy to have some help to clear things up, if others out there have more information or facts.

Because one thing is for sure:

The authorities are not going to tell us anything even approaching the truth of what really happened on L’Ag B’Omer in Meron.

====

So, here’s what I’ve got so far:

Things that don’t make sense about the Meron tragedy

1. No reports of the loud ‘boom’ that occurred shortly before 1AM.

My daughter reported that she heard a ‘boom’ while she was still working in the Rashbi kever, shortly before 1 AM. She said it sounded like something had fallen down – and she called my other daughter later that evening, to find out if the news had reported what it was.

This ‘boom’ was not reported in media reports – at least, none that I’ve been able to find.

2. Where did the story that the bleachers had collapsed come from?

On the Myrtlerising.com blog, she stated the following:

“At first, news outlets reported a stampede occurred because a balcony collapsed. Then the balcony became bleachers. Then they said nothing collapsed; the stampede occurred due to a closed in area with a ramp & stairs, which causes a downward momentum difficult to halt.

However, my teenage son’s friend said that he was on the bleachers, which were shaking, and indeed, he said there was some kind of collapse. So I don’t know.”

Two days’ later, no-one is talking about anything ‘collapsing’ – despite first-hand witness reports of the boom.

This is very strange.

3. Why did the initial reports contain quotes from ‘first responders’ describing scenes of carnage including people being ‘separated from their limbs’?

Initial accounts had some ‘first responder’ official, making statements about people being separated from their limbs, and terrible carnage that hadn’t been seen since the bus bombings in Israel – consistent with a ‘bleachers collapsing’ version of the story.

But…. No bleachers collapsed.

So, why was that person being quoted making these statements, when that wasn’t what was happening on the ground?

People were being crushed to death and stepped on. But no-one had their limbs ‘separated from their bodies’. That’s just not consistent with being crushed to death in a crowd.

Now, those comments have been scrubbed from the internet, so I can’t double-check this.

But it’s puzzling that this was being reported in the first place.

Unless of course, that was what was have meant to have happened.

====

4. Why so many ‘ready to go’ stories about Toldos Aharon chassidut bearing the brunt of the casualties?

Take a look at this story, put up on the awful Jpost:

https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/what-is-toldot-aharon-hassidic-sect-whose-members-were-killed-at-meron-666808

It’s emphasizing the ‘anti-zionist’ stance of Toldos Aharon, and encouraging readers to believe that these ‘horrible, anti-zionist chassidim’ somehow deserved what happened.

But again, there is a disconnect between the ‘planned news’ and what actually happened.

Initial news stories claim that lots of small children have been killed and injured, and that the majority of the casualties are from the Toldos Aharon chassidut.

This appears to be wrong.

The youngest niftar I read about was 9 years old and the vast majority of those killed were adults.

Also, hardly any of the dead are Toldos Aharon chassidim.

====

BUT – if bleachers had collapsed in the Toldos Aharon area while the Rebbe was lighting the bonfire – when the ‘boom’ was heard – then that would have meant that many, many of the dead would be Toldos Aharon chassidim, including small children – as was initially being reported.

I also want to draw your attention to one of the comments on that post about what really caused the deaths and casualties in Meron:

“Many different witnesses told Haaretz that a police barricade prevented people from exiting and caused overcrowding.  Police decided to block an exit passage and people were forced in. Police stood by as people asphyxiated.

“Eliyahu, who was injured in the disaster, described the scene of total confusion. “We tried to leave, but the demonic yasam police closed all kinds of areas and weren’t letting us leave,” he said. “We begged them to open the gates to get out, but the brutal police didn’t let people leave and everyone was pushed, and people were simply trampled to death. I didn’t understand what was happening and fainted, and woke in the hospital.”

====

5. The deaths are being blamed on a ‘stampede’ – but no reason has been given for why this ‘stampede’ occurred – if it even happened at all.

Available footage and eyewitness accounts doesn’t show that a stampede occurred.

It shows that the police blocked an exit with fences, resulting in an enormous pressure of people building up that caused 45 people to be crushed to death – and that there was no stampede.

If you want to tell me that there was a ‘stampede’ as being reported – then what were people meant to be ‘stampeding’ away from?

6. Why was the floor soaking wet?

There are a number of reports saying the floor was wet, and that’s what caused people to fall and be crushed.

That the floor was so wet that numerous people noticed it – in the dark, in a crowd of people – suggests that something more than someone spilling some water, or juice, on the ground made the floor that wet.

A small patch of water or juice on the ground wouldn’t have been noticed by so many people, in a crush, at night, unless we are talking about a copious amount of water.

Where did that water come from?

Water dries very fast on summer nights in Israel.

Why was it present on the ground in large amounts in that area, shortly after the mysterious ‘boom’ was heard, and at the same time that the police decided to close the exit off?

  1. Where did the fatalities actually occur?

In this article, it says that happened in ‘Area 41’ of Meron. Also, note the timing – consistent with the ‘boom’ my daughter heard shortly before 1am.

At 12:55am, [A singer playing live] stopped to tell rescue teams stationed across the mountain to help out “at the stairs”.
At 12:57am, a medic came out of the crowd carrying a small child in his arms. “Do not worry, you’ll live,” he was overheard telling the child. He put the child down inside a structure nearby and yelled into his walkie-talkie: “A mass-casualty event in Area 41.”
====

All of the videos I saw so far in the MSM showed the fenced off exit you can see in this video, below:

====

But then, I found this strange video as part of a ‘Chesed Fund’ fundraiser, which has clearly been cut and mislabeled as ‘Police Attempt To Pull Bodies Out From Under Trapped Crowd’ which appears to show something very different – and people literally piled on top of each other on stairs, as the police look on:

====

It’s possible that fatalities occurred in separate places.

But this seems inconsistent with the eye-witness reports of people falling down steps, and the people at the bottom of the steps being crushed to death.

====

8. Why were ‘bottlenecks’ set up all over Meron this year, and why were the police practising what would happen if the bleachers collapsed?

This comes from HERE:

“We are standing at the entrance to the compound while thousands of people behind us were pushing to get in. There were barriers and a small and narrow passageway,” Daitsh said.
“A policeman told us to go back and threatened to spray us with pepper spray if we did not do as he said. I asked him if he was insane. I said there were people there, children, they would be crushed, and people would die. I asked him to let some of them through and relieve some of the pressure on the crowd. But he would not listen,” he said…
…Daitsh said that Thursday’s disaster could have been repeated in five or six different locations on Mount Meron that night. “It is a miracle that no other such tragedies occurred….

… During the week leading up to the religious festivities, police forces conducted war games practicing various possible scenarios. The force practiced mass casualty events such as a collapse of stands, fire and other eventualities.”

====

Really?

The police were practising a mass casualty event involving ‘a collapse of stands (bleachers)’ the week before this tragedy occurred?

Fancy that.

====

While the MSM is quoting ‘massive crowds’ at Meron this year, in truth way FEWER people were in Meron this year than have been attending in the 4-5 years before COVID last year.

Meron usually gets half a million visitors, and this year there were 100,000.

So, something else was happening this year to cause the ‘overcrowding’ that lead to this disaster.

====

I’m typing this at 3.30am, because hard as I tried to get to sleep, I just couldn’t.

There are too many things that just don’t add up here, and I need to set them down for the record.

Also, I had a discussion with someone who acknowledged that the police were to blame for what had happened, but violently disagreed that it had been done deliberately.

If it was done on purpose by the government, there would be a 1,000 people dead, at least, not just 45.

And that’s what got me thinking, about the mysterious ‘booms’, and the reports of bleachers collapsing and people ‘losing limbs’ and carnage, and wet floors and exits being blocked at exactly the same time that the ‘boom’ was heard by my daughter, and others.

I can’t help but think that bad as this so definitely already was, if things had ‘gone to plan’, it would have been many orders of magnitude worse.

====

You remember, a couple of weeks back I drove up to Meron to be part of impromptu Shuvu Banim prayer gathering called by a ‘hidden tzaddik’ to sweeten some unknown terrible decree?

Here’s how I wrote it up, back then:

====

There were instructions to start at midnight, to recite 7 tikkun haklalis, and then to carry on praying until netz – the dawn minyan.

Usually, Shuvu Banim go to Hevron, the Kotel, or occasionally Kever Rachel.

This was the first time I remember being told to go to Meron to pray – and look at the timing of when those prayers began, and until when they continued.

Something big got sweetened here, so very bad as it still was.

And this time around, the evildoers are not going to be able to hide.

There are too many questions, too many things that don’t add up, too many people who saw what they saw, and know what they know.

The bleachers didn’t collapse as planned…

The ‘cover story’ didn’t happen….

And what’s left is a trail of evidence that shows very clearly that a lot of forethought and effort went into what occurred in Meron on L’Ag B’Omer.

====

Let me leave you with another account of what happened, from HERE, which points up some of huge questions I raised above:

“As the news of the disaster at Meron first broke out, there were many differing accounts of how it happened, including the collapse of bleachers. However, it quickly became clear that those reports were mistaken.

Instead, the incident occurred as thousands of people made their way down a narrow downward walkway by the Toldos Aharon complex toward the exit of the site. The police, apparently unaware of how many people were in the walkway, blocked the exit for a few minutes for some reason, creating a terrible bottleneck.

Meanwhile, people inside were crushed together and toppled on top of each other. The metal floor was also reportedly wet for some reason and some people on the walkway fell and there was a chain reaction, with people on top of the stairs toppling on those below.

“The blockage led to people being compressed,” the witness said. “More and more people who wanted to leave the crowded [Toldos Aharon] plaza entered the passageway, that according to witnesses was also wet.”

“And that’s how the disaster occurred. Hundreds and perhaps thousands of people on the way down, with no exit, with no possibility of moving backward.”

“We were walking and suddenly movement stopped,” one survivor told Channel 12 News. “I saw police blocking the entrance….”

“….Another witness to the scene said that contrary to the initial reports, no bleachers collapsed or anything else for that matter. “Nothing collapsed,” he said.

“Over the ohel of the Hachnasas Orchim and next to the building of the Rashbi, there’s a passageway to the stairs. There was a bottleneck of people in this passageway. People fell one on top of the other. I can’t even describe to you what it looked like.”

====

Tomorrow, BH, I’ll cover more of the spiritual implications of what just happened in Meron.

Because everything that God does, even these terribly painful, heartbreaking things, contain ‘good’.

But it takes a lot of emuna and prayer, sometimes, to be able to start to tease that out.

TBC

====

UPDATE:

This video, from inside the Rashbi kever on L’Ag B’Omer, was posted up on the Tomer Devorah website HERE.

It shows Israel Border Police mamash roughing young chareidi men up – for absolutely no reason.

There are no crowds, these young men aren’t doing anything.

There were initial reports – that I haven’t independently confirmed – of police beating people up before ‘the tragedy’ occurred. This video suggests that those reports could well be correct.

====

In the meantime, I’m still trying to figure out where the ‘mass casualty’ event actually happened.

Even basic information like this is being withheld from the public here in Israel.

But here is what people have already been talking about, the last 24 hours:

Closing down Meron to pilgrims;

Fake news stories about female soldiers being attacked by haredim they were trying to help (thus demonising religious Jews exactly at a time when one might be moved to feel some sorrow and sympathy with them);

Netanyahu using the ‘Meron Tragedy’ to try and extend his government mandate….

The list of people trying to use this ‘tragedy’ to achieve their own ends just goes on and on and on.

====

But the truth is going to come out this time.

I feel it in my bones.

All these deaths at Rabbi Shimon on L’ag B’omer are sweetening something way, way bigger, and evil is finally on its last legs in this country.

My friend just emailed me this:

‘Police came with fire in their eyes’

Hasidim who were at Meron deadly disaster blame police for incident in which 45 people were killed.

This is the beginning of the end for the evil that’s been ruling here for centuries, already.

There will probably still be some ups and downs before we finally get there, but the end is starting to loom into site.

And the 45 didn’t die for nothing.

====

UPDATE #2:

This video comes from the Habayitah blog, HERE, and shows more video of the Border Police beating up chareidim – for no obvious reason – shortly before the ‘tragedy’.

The Border Police in Israel wear the light grey uniforms, and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve seen video of them beating up religious Jews – including young boys – simply for the ‘crime’ of being a religious Jew.

There are more videos out there, and BH, they will start to surface more and more, even though the police cut all the cameras in Meron itself the day before L’ag B’Omer.

This time the truth will out.

====

====

UPDATE #3:

Police blocking an ambulance from entering Meron:

====

UPDATE #4:

I’m just going to keep adding stuff to this post, so it’s recorded ‘for posterity’, as I know how quickly all this information can get scrubbed out of the historical record, otherwise.

Now, there’s a report on Israel National News that some building in Meron did collapse – but what that building is, they aren’t saying, and this is the first time it’s being mentioned in the almost 3 days after the mass murder event in Meron;

An engineering report has shown that the section of the building that collapsed in Meron was built for 3000 people, but was holding 20,000 at the time.

====

What was this building, and why have there been ZERO reports about it from anyone, including eyewitnesses and people in Meron who were caught up in tragedy, until now?

====

UPDATE #5:

More on that mysterious engineers report, from the Israel National News site HERE:

One fact has already been made public: the fact that the official engineer’s report on the site concluded that the area where the crowd gathered for the lighting ceremony conducted by the Admor of Toldot Aharon was deemed suitable for a maximum of 3,000 people. In fact, around 20,000 people were estimated to have been gathered there immediately prior to the disaster that occurred, almost seven times the permitted number.”

[Ed. note from Rivka – but you can see from the Livestream video in Update 6, below, that there was no unusual or life-threatening overcrowding in the Toldos Aharon complex at the time the people were asphyxiating to death in the ‘tunnel’ leading off it, even if there were 20,000 people present. So this engineering report seems like more ‘fake news’ put out by the government.]

====

“The crush was described as deadly by many of those present, even before the tragedy occurred; it was, however, only when people attempted to leave the area and were penned into a narrow corridor in order to do so that the fatal events leading to multiple fatalities transpired.

Multiple eye-witness accounts have attested that police blocked off this exit, despite the increasingly desperate pleas of those crushed within the closed-off area to remove the barrier. Police have denied that the exit was blocked, but if security camera footage contradicts their denials, the evidence against them will be damning indeed.”

====

I’m also still collecting first-hand accounts of how the police seem to have deliberately caused the deaths in Meron.

So to that distressing pile, I now add the following eyewitness account from Yitzhak Deri, from HERE:

“I was there, standing in the tremendous crush of people, with people being propelled along like in a river. At one point I was next to that [corrugated iron] wall, that wall of death, battling against the stream of people being pushed down the slope, and somehow I managed to make my way up and out. I cried out to the police officer there and I told him: ‘You have to remove that wall – people are going to die here if you don’t. Dozens of people are going to be killed here, and I’ll bear witness against you in court.’ That was just ten minutes before the disaster,” he noted.

Deri continued: “I almost passed out from the crush. I can’t begin to understand who gave that crazy order to close off the exit. People were trying to get out and they [the police] wouldn’t let them. Next to me there was a father with his three-year-old son, begging me, ‘Please, get my son out of here or he’s going to die.’ And that was before the disaster.

“Gradually the crush was getting worse and worse until there were literally thousands of people trying to get out of the plaza. Until my dying day I will see that police officer before my eyes. Anyone who thinks the police didn’t cause this disaster is so completely mistaken. The barrier the police refused to take down was what caused this terrible tragedy.

Why didn’t they let people leave? People knew they were going to die! One of those who escaped told me, ‘My son and I recited Shema Yisrael.’ Everyone was begging the police officers to remove the barrier – ‘Pull it down – we’re dying here.’”

I’m also still trying to work out where all the deaths actually happened.

I’ve spent a good part of today poring over google earth maps of Meron, to try to figure it out, and it’s still not obvious.

So much of the footage doesn’t add up to the stories being told.

And now that this mysterious ‘collapsed building’ is being added in to the mix, I think I may have to go up and try to check things out first hand.

We will get into the more spiritual stuff soon, BH. I just felt that getting as many facts down in print, as soon as possible, was really important the last 24 hours, before the government and their media lackeys started spinning it all off into oblivion.

They are still trying to do that – but at least, they have a real fight on their hands this time, and a lot of people aren’t just rolling over and accepting the official narrative.

BH, together, with Hashem and the true tzaddikim, we will finally get rid of this evil.

UPDATE 6:

I found the full ‘live feed’ from Meron, 2021, HERE.

Start watching from 3 hours 40 on – it’s in the Toldos Aharon complex, and you can clearly see that there was no ‘stampede’ that caused the deaths of 45 people.

I’m still watching – it’s 9 hours long – so I don’t know what else I’ll find out, but you can clearly see the crowd is dancing and relaxed – and that the tragedy didn’t happen because people were streaming out of the Toldos Aharon complex.

They weren’t.

At least, not before the deaths had already happened.

As always, very happy for you to join me in this quest for truth. The more people focus in on this, and ask Hashem to clarify what really happened, the faster the truth will come out.
