In this penultimate part of the series about the Meron atrocity, we’re going to take a look at who signed off on what.

Because while the people who were operating the crematoria, and policing the gas chambers, were undoubtedly cruel and sadistic, they were still just murderous scum who were ‘only following orders’.

Same thing here.

Over the last few posts, we’ve been building up a picture of what was really going on in Meron that shows clearly that ‘blocking the exit’ by AREA 41 was only the final coup de grace in a meticulously planned operation to mass murder hundreds, and probably even thousands of Jews.

So now, let’s take a look at what ‘agreements’ were made; who signed off on what, to see if we can get an idea of whose orders were being followed, that terrible night in Meron.

With God’s help, let’s do this.

EXHIBIT 1:

The text below is a translation of THIS news story, that appeared on the ‘Bhol Chareidi’ news site, on April 29, 2021, the day before L’ag B’omer:

====

Here’s a little of what it says:

(To ensure we have clarity, I will put the original Hebrew, then my English translation underneath.)

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

Just hours before the opening of the celebrations of the hiloula of the RASHBI in Meron, Corona Tzar Nachman Ash publicizes the full outline for the celebration of L’ag B’omer in Meron, 5781.

A document obtained by Behadrei Haredim states that in a discussion held last night with the participation of Health Minister Edelstein, Interior Minister Deri and Internal Security Minister Amir Ohana, the outline of the celebration on Mount Meron was agreed upon, based on the work done between the relevant parties in recent weeks.

At the meeting, it was agreed that the National Center for the Management of Holy Places and the Israel Police will do everything possible to implement the Ministry of Health’s recommendations as follows:

====

Let’s sum things up as we go along, as this is probably going to be an important post, with a lot of vital information.

We are being told here that the ‘health’ guidelines for how L’ag B’omer should be conducted this year, 5781, was agreed upon by the following ministers:

Yuli Edelstein, Minister of Health

Aryeh Deri, Minister of the Interior

Amir Ohana, Minister of Internal Security,

Nachman Ash, the ‘Coronavirus Tzar’.

And of course, the whole thing then went to Netanyahu for his agreement.

These politicians then tasked the police, and the  National Center for the Management of Holy Places, with implementing these dangerous ‘health’ guidelines – with deadly results.

====

The police we’ve covered in other posts, and their part in implementing the murder in Meron is obvious.

But let’s take a look at the ‘National Center for the Management of Holy Places‘, to see what we can learn about that organisation.

====

THIS article appeared on the horrible YNET site, shortly after the atrocity in L’ag B’omer.

====

Here’s a relevant (translated ) snippet:

Going underground: Director General of the Center for the Development of Holy Places has remained silent since the Meron disaster.

Joseph Schwinger, director of the Center for the Development of Holy Places, has been the liaison between all the bodies involved in organizing the celebration for 20 years…

Around two hours before the terrible disaster in Meron, Yosef Schwinger, the director of the Center for the Development of Holy Places, and the person most identified with [organising] the hiloula of the RASHBI, removed responsibility [for the event] from himself.

[He said in interview]:

“The one who is responsible for operations in the field is the Israel Police, and it’s forbidden to let them run away from this matter.”

====

Doesn’t it strike you as odd, that TWO HOURS before the fatal crush in Meron, this guy was being interviewed live on TV blaming the police, and saying they were responsible?

Ynet explains this very strange occurrence like this:

“It is likely that Schwinger, nicknamed the “Meron Chief of Staff”, already felt something was wrong at the time. “I’m already waiting to get to the next day,” he said, and told [the interviewer] that he himself had been buffeted by all the crowds of people who were filling every spot in the grave complex.

“Children are almost being crushed, it’s a very unpleasant spectacle,” he said.

====

But as soon as the atrocity actually happened, Schwinger dropped off the radar.

So, we have the ‘Meron Chief of Staff’, head of the Center for the Development of Holy Places for 20 years, clearly aware that something bad is in the offing two hours before the fatal crush occurred – and he does nothing about it.

To be fair, we all know that all these so-called ‘religious Jews’ in the government are just window-dressing, with no real power. They are just ‘following orders’, same as everyone else.

They are the PM’s ‘religious-looking’ poodles, whose job is to keep persuading the religious public in Israel that they really do have some political power, someone in government who is really looking out for them.

But of course, Meron clearly showed us all that’s a total lie.

Let’s continue.

====

Here’s what else we can learn from that YNET article:

  • Schwinger is Aryeh Deri’s right hand man – and has been for 20 years.
  • Schwinger is the liaison between the police, the fire brigade, MDA and the other bodies involved in the L’ag B’omer celebration, and participates in their joint work.
  • He also gets an annual budget of about NIS 15 million, which is entirely dedicated to the L’ag B’omer celebration.
  • Schwinger doesn’t report to the Religious Affairs ministry, he reports directly to Deri, and the Center for the Development of Holy Places has none of the regulatory oversight you’d expect.

====

Let’s quote this next bit directly from YNET, Hebrew original first, then my translation:

====

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

This shita enabled the Centre to operate as an ‘extra-territorial’ body, also in relation to funds.

A source in the Finance Committee said that there was never any supervision of the way in which the millions of shekels transferred to the Centre were distributed in relation to the celebration in Meron….

Unlike most government authorities, the Centre doesn’t only receive a budget from the state, but is also allowed to raise donations. “It’s just not clear where that money is going,” another source said.

====

Where it clearly WASN’T going was into improving the basic infrastructure of the site in Meron, for the pilgrims.

But that’s a post for another time.

I want to point out one more thing, that Schwinger had apparently been warning for years that the hiloula in Meron was not being managed in a safe way.

Why nothing was done about that is also a post for another time, but it brings us back to the point that the ‘religious Jews’ in the government here are just paper tigers. They are following ‘orders from above’, same as everyone else.

====

I was also really shocked to learn which ministers were supporting a full Independent State Commission into the atrocity, and who wasn’t.

Again, from YNET:

“Ynet contacted all government ministers to understand their position regarding the establishment of a State Commission of Inquiry.”

Most of the MKs who wanted a State Commission were from Blue and White, including Benny Gantz.

Nearly all of Likud, bar Tzachi Hanegbi, WANTED THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES.

And ‘religious’ ministers Aryeh Deri, Yaakov Litzman and  Rafi Peretz either dodged the question, or went totally underground.

This is so mind-boggling…. 45 people are murdered by police actions in cold blood in Meron, and our so-called ‘religious’ MKs simply don’t care about getting to the truth of what really happened?!

Why are they so scared of the truth being revealed?

====

So now, it’s time to turn our attention to ‘whose orders’ were being followed, that night in Meron.

There is an effective ‘dictatorship’ occurring in Israel – and this is has been going on for years.

There is one key person making the crucial decisions in this country, and that person then finds ‘patsies’ to hide behind, so there is some built-in ‘plausible deniability’.

I’m not mentioning names, but you all know who I’m talking about here.

And that person themselves is ‘taking orders’ from people behind the scenes, who really don’t have the Jewish people’s best interests at heart.

Let’s continue with the story of Meron.

====

While I was trawling through a million-and-one sites that last few weeks, trying to piece together the real story of Meron, I came across THIS blog site.

There, I read a weird reference translated from the Hasifot.com website about something called the ‘Pima police’, who were alleged to have been operating in Meron, on the day of atrocity.

This is the relevant snippet:

A commenter on Telegram, Becky Aloni, stated:

“זה היה מתוכנן מאוד הם רצו להקרות ליהודים מי שולט פה כי רוב היו שוטרי משטרת ההסדר העולמי “פימא

“It was very planned they wanted to happen to the Jews who control here because most were policemen from the global police force Pima.”

I don’t know what “Pima” is, but were there people acting as police in Mt. Meron who were bad actors?

====

Well, my atuned journalist nose for ‘news’ started twitching when I read that, and I started trying to track down these ‘Pima police’, who were apparently in Meron this year.

I turned up nothing, nada, in my search for ‘Pima police’.

But then, I realised that the Hebrew had been mis-translated, and that the woman was really talking about ‘FEMA police.’

All of a sudden, things got interesting again.

But was there any demonstrable connection – at all – between the State of Israel and FEMA?

(For those of you who don’t already know, FEMA stands for ‘Federal Emergency Management Agency’.

Here‘s their website – and this agency has been figuring large in nefarious ‘New World Order’ type scenarios for decades.)

====

So, I type in ‘FEMA and Israel’ – and very quickly, I get to this, from March 25, 2020:

https://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Israels-NEMA-to-work-with-FEMA-in-the-fight-against-coronavirus-622315

====

Here’s the relevant snippet:

Israel’s National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA) and its American Counterpart, FEMA, have established a cooperation mechanism to fight the coronavirus pandemic, Israel’s Defense Ministry announced on Wednesday.
According to a statement released by the defense ministry, the two agencies held their first joint discussion on Tuesday night with representatives of the health ministries of both countries, the National Security Council (NSC), US Department of Homeland Security and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The discussion, which was part of the international cooperation initiative led by NEMA, was led by the Head of the Cooperation and Assistance Unit in NEMA, Mr. Kobi Wimisberg, Director of the International Department of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Ashi Shalmon, and the Head of the Foreign Policy Department in the NSC, Dr. Avner Golov.

====

How about that.

Barely a year ago, FEMA and Israel’s NEMA (which I’d never even heard about, before this article) make an agreement to start ‘working together’ to ‘fight Coronavirus’.

In Meron this year, a whole bunch of people are mass murdered in the name of ‘Coronavirus regulations’ put in place by the Ministry of Health, and signed off on by Yuli Edelstein, Aryeh Deri, Amir Ohana, Nachman Ash, and of course, Benjamin Netanyahu.

All year, the State of Israel has been actively targeting the chareidi community in Israel as being ‘disease spreaders’ and ‘vectors of infection’, and openly demonising them in the press, and treating Chareidim as second-class citizens – also in the name of ‘fighting Coronavirus’.

After months of closing down every venue, every gathering, every religious place, the State of Israel suddenly decides to open up Meron for L’ag B’omer, with absolutely no limitations on the numbers of people attending.

And then, after a day replete with awful police brutality and life-threatening fences and over-crowding, 45 people ‘coincidentally’ die when the one remaining exit out of the Toldos Aharon complex is shut down by the police, following ‘orders from above.’

Then very soon after, we’re all bounced into another new ‘war’ to take our mind off investigating who gave those orders, and what really happened in Meron.

====

If you go HERE, you’ll find the official press release put out by Israel’s Ministry of Religious Affairs, about L’ag B’omer this year.

There, you’ll learn that the government was apparently expecting half a million people to attend the Meron festivities this year.

Way more than the 200,000 who actually tried to attend.

Here’s another snippet from that press release:

Seven government ministries are partners in preparing the celebration.

This year, the Ministry of Religious Affairs will budget the celebration with about NIS 15.5 million, the Ministry of Internal Security, which took care of the influx of about 5,000 police officers who will secure the many immigrants. The police are equipped with modern technology.

The Ministry of Transportation, which allocates about 4,000 buses, which will make about 7,000 round trips….

The Ministries of Health and Justice were also partners in the discussions around the revelry.

====

Let’s just head back to the ‘guidelines‘ for Meron that were put out by Nachman Ash, on April 29th, 2021 – the same day this press release came out on the website of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Translated snippet, below:

1. Transport only or by shuttles from the parking lots. There will be no restriction on getting to the mountain area – anyone who wants to get there can do so.

2. Across the mountain, the existing crowd restrictions will apply – 20 people in a closed space and 100 people in an open area.

3. It was agreed that the lighting area would be conducted according to a special layout for the “tav yarok” (‘green passports’):

A. The organized ascent to the fires will be made by buses, which can only be used by those with a “green passport”, i.e. those who will be vaccinated and recovered, or with negative PCR tests up to 72 hours before the event, as coordinated by the Holy Places Administration and the Israel Police.

B. There will be no more than 3,000 people next to each lighting.

C. There will be three lightings in parallel – for a total of up to 9000 people at one go.

D. There will be up to 4 rounds of lighting.

E.  It was agreed and clarified that the “green passport” will not be checked at the entrance to the event.

====

How many glaring contradictions can 10 sentences of text contain?

On the one hand, they said:

“There will be no restriction on getting to the mountain area – anyone who wants to get there can do so.”

And the government was clearly expected half a million people to show up, as evidenced by the news release on the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ website.

But, with the next breath, they said:

“[E]xisting crowd restrictions will apply – 20 people in a closed space and 100 people in an open area” – which was clearly totally unrealistic and unworkable, right from the start.

====

Next, they said that people would only be allowed to board the buses to come to Meron, and to attend a bonfire, if they could show a ‘green passport’.

But then they contradicted themselves again by saying:

“The “green passport” will not be checked at the entrance to the event.”

And also, even having just 3,000 people per bonfire clearly contravened the Health Ministry’s own guidelines that shouldn’t be more than “100 people in an open area.”

====

This ‘agreement’ for Meron was a total farce.

It was designed to publicise a bunch of rules that were totally unrealistic, to guarantee that ‘when things went wrong’, it would be so easy to point the finger at the pilgrims for ‘not following the rules’.

And in the meantime, the authorities went all out to make sure L’ag B’omer was going to teach the chareidim a lesson they’d never forget, this year in Meron.

====

Let’s stop there.

I know this isn’t one of my more polished posts -I’m feeling pretty weird today, honestly, and that’s reflecting in my writing.

But I thought it was important to get more of this information out there, including the link between Israel’s ‘NEMA’, and the USA’s ‘FEMA’, and how that may also have something to do with what happened at Meron this year.

I’m sure there is much more that could be said about all this, but I’m going to leave it here for now.

The next post will focus on a spiritual response to Meron.

If more information surfaces in the meantime, I will share it with you, BH, and I will also try to write a conclusions post, to make it easier for readers to share the key facts we’ve discovered over the last 2 weeks.

But otherwise, I’m done for now.

UPDATE:

More on NEMA – that quasi-secret Ministry of Defense organisation in Israel that has been working with FEMA to implement ‘Coronavirus directives’ on our unsuspecting population.

Here is NEMA’s official description, nested on the MoD website HERE:

The National Emergency Authority (NEMA) is tasked with coordinating and integrating all of the organizations responsible for home-front defense during emergency scenarios. The authority was established in December 2007, as a product of the lessons learned during the Second Lebanon War.

NEMA is an important tool that enables the Minister of Defense to manage and coordinate responses to emergency situations in the civil sphere.

NEMA accomplishes the aforementioned by planning, coordinating, and directing all national and local authorities dealing with preparation for emergency scenarios, and educating civilians on the subject.

  NEMA also works to maintain national resilience and functional continuity throughout crises and emergencies.

====

NEMA reports to the Minister of Defense in Israel.

Who is the Minister of Defense in Israel right now?

Benny Gantz.

Here’s who is currently heading up NEMA, as of October 2020:

Defense Minister Benny Gantz appointed Brig.-Gen. (res.) Yoram Laredo head of the National Emergency Management Authority on Thursday. The appointment was made after the roll was filled by an interim head for the past eight months.

Laredo previously served as the head of the Home Front Command and was recently released from the IDF.

====

Here he is, talking about ‘Covid preparedness’ back in March 2020 – which is weird, as he was apparently only appointed head of NEMA six months later:

Take a look from about minute 7 onwards.

====

I would love to know just how involved ‘NEMA’, and its officials were, in planning this year’s ‘celebration’ in Meron.

Especially as the police and Magen Dovid Adam, and other organisations apparently operating under the NEMA remit were busy practising ‘war games’ in Meron the whole week before, where they were practising for grandstands to collapse…and for massive fires to break out… and for people to ‘die’ in all sorts of weird and wonderful ways.

And of course, we see how USEFUL all that ‘preparation’ was on the night, when it came to saving lives, getting people off the site and enabling ambulances to have a good route of access to evacuate the dead and injured.

====

This comes from Ha’aretz:

Earlier in the week the police conducted war games simulating the Meron celebrations, with results that were similar to what actually transpired a few days later. The worst thing is that it shouldn’t have been a surprise.

Ha’aretz journalists, please rest assured that the authorities weren’t surprised AT ALL by what happened here.

Except that maybe, it didn’t kill anywhere near as many people as they’d hoped, because of a series of open miracles.

====

Remember, NEMA in Israel is working hand-in-hand with FEMA in the USA.

There is way more going on here, than meets the eye, and we’re starting to ‘surface’ the real people who are in control here.

And they aren’t ‘nice’.

At all.

====

UPDATE #2:

More information on the subject of ‘who owns Meron’.

The following comes from Pini Dunner’s site, HERE:

BTW, I don’t agree with his conclusions at to why the atrocity in Meron occurred.

As usual, it’s ‘all or nothing’ thinking that is has to either be the secular State or the religious authorities who are 100% to blame. All parties share some of the responsibility for what happened in Meron, but the split is more like 95% secular State to 5% ‘religious authorities.

But Pini does bring a lot of useful historical background and information in his post:

The vexed question of who “owns” Meron, and specifically the tomb itself, is at the root of the problems that led to the tragedy last week.

During the dying embers of Ottoman rule in the late nineteenth-century, control of Meron was officially put into the hands of the Sephardic community of Safed under the auspices of something called a hekdesh, which translates roughly as “non-profit” or “endowment”.

Even at that time ownership was already disputed, and some elements of the area were designated in the name of another hekdesh – the Ashkenazi community of Safed. Over time, these two groups split into four separate entities: two Sephardic and two Ashkenazi.

After the establishment of the State of Israel… government authorities chose to let things remain as they were.

Since then, various attempts have been made by Israel’s Ministry of Religious Affairs and local civic authorities to upgrade the facilities so that Meron could accommodate the ever-increasing numbers of pilgrims on Lag Ba’omer, but the competing interests refused to agree to any major structural work.

[Rivka note: it’s not that black and white. Yair Lapid launched an attempt to take over governance of Meron when he was involved in his all-out war against the Torah world. It’s little wonder that his initiative wasn’t trusted by the religious community.]

====

Last Summer the Va’adat Hachamisha, which is made up of representatives of each hekdesh, along with Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovich, who is Israel’s official rabbi of the Western Wall and other Jewish holy sites in Israel, announced that a lawyer, Eli Freund of Haifa, was taking over as the new CEO of the Meron shrine.

But according to a senior local resident who I spoke to, Freund has rarely visited Meron, and his impact on the site has been non-existent. Rabbi Rabinovich is also unable to impose decisions on the site, even though he is chairman of the committee, as… none of the competing “owners” recognizes his authority, nor that of the Israeli government.

One of the two Ashkenazi groups is headed by Rabbi Avrohom Frohlich – the former proprietor of a Judaica auction house in Jerusalem who closely associates himself with the Brisk community in Jerusalem, a group that utterly rejects the State of Israel’s legitimacy…

He is closely followed in his inflexibility and refusal to consider any changes to Meron’s infrastructure by his Ashkenazi counterpart, Rabbi Mordechai Dov Hacohen Kaplan, son of Safed’s late chief rabbi, Rabbi Avraham Simcha Hacohen Kaplan;

Rabbi Dovid Derli of Tiberias, who heads one of the two Sephardic endowments; and Rabbi Matityahu Shrem, the head of the other Sephardic hekdesh, who lives in Rechasim, a neighborhood adjacent to Kfar Hasidim.

====

All this segues in with many of the things I’ve been researching here on the blog over the last few months, about the ‘interesting people’ in our midst.

BH, we’ll come back to this soon.

====

UPDATE #3:

Here’s an interview with R’ Avraham Frohlich, where he explains at least some of the reasons why the Meron grave has not been properly refurbished. It’s really worth reading the whole thing:

https://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/israel-news/48584/rav-froehlich-speaks-out-on-meron-violence.html

In short, he’s saying the State of Israel doesn’t respect the sanctity of the site, doesn’t appreciate that it’s actually a Jewish graveyard, and that they have no faith in the secular architects the State of Israel is trying to foist on them.

This interview is from 2010.

Snippet below:

We agreed to what must be done, with caution and care.

We are asking two things. The professional committee; the architects, engineers and contractors, and by the way, we no longer trust the present architect so we are asking for an engineer, someone the chareidi community trusts, someone who exhibits an understanding for the religious sensibilities involved. He will be the person on whom we rely to understand what is going on.

    Just been reading about the IDF false flag on the Gaza tunnels. Did they try the same sort of trick in Meron only to almost fail because not enough people turned up on the day?

    שבוע טוב,
    Keep up good work, the more information on the subject that goes out the better. You’ve made lots of great finds. Putting the pieces together. I hope your blog gets out to more people.
    I saw a page distributed in Yr-m this Shabbos that came pretty much to the same conclusions. They claimed that 3 out of 4 of the exits were blocked (from what I understood at the time of the pigua). All this in the name of coronavirus restrictions. Very interesting, because according to safety requirements, I think, all four needed to be open.
    חג שמח,
