For weeks, we didn’t know if the Rav was going to make it out to Uman this year for Rosh Hashana.

Yesterday night, we found out that the Rav got on a plane headed for Uman yesterday morning.

They were keeping it secret until he could actually arrive there safely.

Baruch Hashem, the kibbutz is happening this year, and thousands of people are already in Uman.

With thousands more joining them, this week.

This is really good news!

And that the Rav, Rav Berland, is also there for the first time in three years, is also really, really good news.

Everything can be sweetened on Rosh Hashana – everything!

And the side of evil knows this, which is why it’s still trying to crank out it’s ‘fear propaganda’ about Uman.

Like this latest ‘headline news’ on the State of Israel propaganda site called Yeshiva World News:

Russia: “We Won’t Guarantee Safety Of Chassidim In Uman On Rosh Hashanah”

Yah, whatever.

God is running the world… and there haven’t been any rockets anywhere near Uman for months and months and months.

With public opinion so against them anyway, there is no way in a million years the Russians would try to bomb a gathering of thousands of Jews.

(The Ukrainians are another story…. but the same God who protects the pilgrims from the Ukrainians every year will hopefully continue to do that this year too.)

But in the meantime, it’s amazing news, that the Rav got to Uman!

And that there are thousands of people already there, and more on the way.

BH, I will keep you apprised of what’s really going on there, as more of the people I know head out this week.

But we can see once again, that all those billions and trillions that the US and Europe apparently spent on the ‘war in Ukraine’ really just found their way into the bank accounts of the crooked oligarchs and political puppets who think they are running the world.

It’s a world of lies, remember?

But hopefully, the big cracks that are appearing in the ‘world of lies’ all over the place will continue to spread, until the whole thing crumbles to dust.

It’s going to be a big Rosh Hashana.

It’s amazing, how many strange things start to crawl out from the woodwork once you left the stone and take a peek underneath.

Following on from the piece about Tibor Rosenbaum HERE, I got sent a few more things, and I started trying to pin down a few more details about what was really going on in Hungary (and elsewhere….) at the end of World War II.

Let’s start with the positive, again. One of my readers who knows him sell sent me THIS about him, in French.

It’s pretty much the same story we recounted in the previous post, but this time with some interesting pictures of Rosenbaum in uniform:

I saw this, and I couldn’t help asking more questions.

Like, when was that first picture taken, and under what circumstances?

Surely it would have been dangerous to have a picture of a Jewish ‘resistance man’ wearing the uniform of an Hungarian fascist while he was trying to save Jews ‘in disguise’? And surely, he wouldn’t have donned that uniform after the war was finished, just to have a picture of it?

I was also surprised that Rosenbaum was part of the UNRRA corp, as his biography makes no mention of this at all.

So, I decided to try to pin down a bit more of the real story.

On the Hebrew wiki page for Tibor Rosenbaum, we are told that he was granted semicha at the age of 18, by Rabbi Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog.

This idea that he had rabbinic semicha and took over as Rabbi of Kleinwarden after the war for a few years is repeated in many different places. But again, I was struggling to understand how he could have got semicha aged 18 from R Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog, as Rosenbaum was born in 1923, which means he’d have been given semicha when the war was starting to burn red-hot in 1941….

And unlikely as that sounds, it’s even more unlikely when I discovered that at that time, R Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog was living in ‘Palestine’.

Again, I’m not picking holes to be pedantic or difficult.

I’m simply taking the statements that are being made, and exploring whether they seem to be a) factual and b) even possible.

All of the official stories told about Rosenbaum suggest he was in Hungary the whole time during World War II, studying in yeshiva before being conscripted to the ‘Tabor Munka’ forced labor battalion for Jews.

But that story doesn’t seem to be true. It seems, that Rosenbaum was out of yeshiva, and in Israel, rubbing shoulders with other leading ‘Zionists’ like Kastner.

Let’s put this story down again for now, because I want to take a look at Rosenbaum’s apparently rabbinic mentor, Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog.

HERE is his Wikipedia page.

Very quickly, I started reading things that literally made my eyes pop out of my head. Like, this:

Rabbi Herzog served as rabbi of Belfast from 1916 to 1919 and was appointed rabbi of Dublin in 1919. A fluent speaker of the Irish language, he supported the First Dáil and the Irish republican cause during the Irish War of Independence, and became known as “the Sinn Féin Rabbi”…. He became a supporter of both the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and the Irgun.

Say what?!

Since when do Rabbis from Lomza, Poland speak fluent ‘Irish’, and take such a strong lead in Irish nationalistic politics that they get a sobriquet as the ‘Sinn Fein Rabbi’, and strong backer of the terrorist organisation the IRA?!

Before we continue, one of the things that self-confessed ‘Hebrew Christian’ and Frankist descendent Athol Bloomer frequently claims, and apparently is able to back up with some real dates and people, is that many of these Sabbatean-Frankists ended up in the Republic of Ireland.

For example, if you go HERE, you’ll find a list of notable Frankist descendents, many of whom became leading clerics in the Irish Catholic Church.

So, this Irish connection is not something stam.

It’s something that strikes me as being very meaningful, in ways that I still haven’t really managed to grasp yet, about what is really going on here.

Let’s continue.

Here’s a snippet from that long article about Frankist descendants popping up in leading positions in the Catholic church in Ireland, that’s based on information from Athol Bloomer:

Eva Frank had six half-sisters from her father’s first marriage, Rachel Chayah, Dinah Ruth, Esther Matrona, Rivka Shoshana, Miriam Hannah, Leah Golda and Sarah Judith. Miriam Chana married David Menke Kinnor in 1756.

Dinah Ruth married Stanilaus Rostowski, a Frankist descendant of the Sabbatean teacher Rabbi Baruchiah Russo. They moved to England then Scotland where they embraced the Presbyterian faith.

Rivka Shoshana married in 1754 to Nathan Mayer of Frankfurt, and they moved to Ireland in 1760/61 where they took the names William and Annie Maher. In 1760, Leah Golda Frank married in Poland to Edmund Roche of Ireland. Edmund returned to Poland regularly to visit Jacob at Czestochowa and he returned in 1773 to live in Frank’s court.

Sarah Judith Jacob married in Ireland in 1763/4 to John Cassin (a.k.a. Frances John Kissane) of Dublin and Kerry a son of a merchant and crypto-Jewish Rabbi.

Back when I first started trying to research the Sabbatean-Frankists, three years ago, I tripped over ‘Frances John Kissane’ very early on, and his – at that point! – shocking family connections to none other than Sir Moses Montefiore.

I simply couldn’t understand how so many of the Montefiores appeared to be marrying Irish ‘non-Jews’….

How much water has flown under the bridge since then.

Frank’s daughter Leah Golda is the grandmother of the ‘Leah Golda’ who is the mother of the Chabad 4th Rebbe’s fourth wife, Rivka.

And a lot of the other family ‘tie ups’ can be grounded in facts, too.

According to Bloomer, the following Irish bishops were Frankists, direct descendants of Jacob Frank himself, including:

Daniel Murray, Bishop of Dublin.

Paul Cullen, the Cardinal of Ireland.

Another son of Joseph Mayer and Hannah Rothschild was Pinchus Mayer (aka Patrick Mayer). His daughters Mary and Judith married into the Frankist Cullen (Cohen) family. Mary married Hugh Cullen, the father of Paul Cullen, the first Cardinal of Ireland…

Under the Frankist Irish Bishops culminating in the work of Hugh’s son, Cardinal Cullen, Irish Catholicism was transformed in what has been termed the “Irish devotional revolution.”

Let’s pause, because I just want to tell you who ‘Joseph Mayer and Hannah Rothschild’ were in real life (or vice-versa…)

You can find Jacob Frank’s family tree HERE.

Even though the Frankists have been busy scrubbing out more of the details, now that more of us are actually paying closer attention, they have still left us some clues. Here’s a screenshot:

‘Breindle Reinganum’ and Joseph Moses Schiff Mayer are real people.

Just they’ve been ‘disconnected’ from Jacob Frank, because otherwise we’d all be seeing just how much of the Jewish world is mamash being controlled by Sabbatean-Frankists.

HERE is a screenshot, of their original family tree:

You recognise that guy in the bottom left corner?

You should. It’s Sabbatean-Frankist banker Jacob Schiff, the one who funded the Bolshevik revolution, amongst many other claims to notoriety.

It seems we are starting to close in on the true identity of the Rothschilds.

But let’s park that for now, as I know it’s so easy to get distracted and ‘overloaded’ with all this stuff.

Anyway, so while half the Frankist family tree is full of apparently secular Jewish banksters and ‘chassidic rebbes’, the other half is literally full of Catholic bishops.

And Ireland is a key place where all these Sabbatean-Frankists intersect, in a bunch of different ways.

Let’s get back to Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog.

The Irish-speaking R’ Herzog from Lomza, Poland, continues to have a very ‘interesting’ life.

Here’s some more snippets from his English Wiki page HERE:

During the Second World War, Rabbi Herzog travelled with great risk to the US, and back, not before he was able to secure a meeting with Roosevelt. Roosevelt smiled and did not reply to the Rabbi’s pleadings for a promise to help the Jews of Europe….

Following this, he immediately returned home, missing the ride on a ship that was sunk by a U-boat, and taking what was said to be the last civilian ship to cross the Atlantic during the war.

As usual, the Wikipedia page in Hebrew has more details, and as usual, many of them conflict:

In 1941, he went on a rescue trip to the United States through England and back through South Africa and Egypt. After efforts, he was able to meet with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, urging him to save Jews and bomb the death camps. He emerged from the meeting depressed and saw it as a failure.

….The pressure to stay was great, especially because of the danger of submarines hitting ships. Indeed a ship he was supposed to be travelling on was sunk and all its passengers perished.

On his return he arrived by flight from South Africa to Egypt, and then on to the streets by train.

1941 is the year he was meant to have given Tibor Rosenbaum semicha, too.

From experience, whenever you have so many different versions of the stories being told, with details that conflict in unresolvable ways, that usually suggests it’s being made up.

Tachlis, how did some Rabbi from Ireland (who supported a terrorist organisation that was violently ‘anti’ the British government….)manage to travel all over the world like this, mamash through a bunch of different war zones, and also apparently get to meet the anti-semitic Roosevelt?

Does this make sense to anyone, really?

Does it sound at all credible? And if he really did all this, why was he able to? What was his connections, his protekzia, that enabled all this to happen within the international arena?

And then they can’t even agree on whether he got the ‘last boat’ across the Atlantic, or flew back to Israel via South Africa and Egypt.

But there are more MIR-A-CUL-OUS stories still to be told about R’ Herzog, CO-INC-IDEN-TLY involving more Catholic bishops, who CO-INC-IDEN-TLY would later rise to prominence.

After the war, Rabbi Herzog dedicated himself to saving Jewish children especially babies and bringing them back from their places of hiding throughout all of Europe, to their families or to Jewish orphanages.

Many of these were hidden in Christian monasteries or by Christian families, who refused to return them. In his biography, he tells of the difficulties he had of meeting the Pope who avoided him, but did receive in the end assistance from the Vatican.

In later years it was found that Karol Wojtyła, future Pope John Paul II, was the contact who helped the rabbi out. However, defenders of Pope Pius XII have asserted that Herzog had maintained friendly relations with the pontiff during and after the World War II.

It’s said that R Herzog was the guy travelling around to orphanages, and calling out ‘Shema Yisrael’ to identify the Jewish children there.

Just one problem with that story: It was actually someone called R’ Yosef Kahaneman who was doing that.

Even Shwekey knows that:

Nuff said.

So, why does all this matter?

It matters because Herzog’s descendants are still ‘ruling’ Israel today.

Here’s a snippet from a recent story on Arutz 7:

Here’s some snippets from this latest Herzog’s Wiki page that caught my eye:

He is the son of General Chaim Herzog, who served two terms as the Sixth President of Israel from 1983 to 1993….

The third foreign minister of Israel, Abba Eban, was his uncle.

He also accompanied his father to visit the Lubavitcher Rebbe in Brooklyn.

When he returned to Israel at the end of 1978, he…. served as a major officer in Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps.

In October 2021, Herzog announced the establishment of the Israeli Climate Forum under the auspices of the Office of the President…The forum oversees a number of working groups focusing on different issues and brings together public officials and private citizens to coordinate efforts to combat the climate crisis….

In December 2021, Herzog launched his “Think Good” campaign, with the objective of combating cyberbullying. The campaign, in collaboration with Meta, promoted respectful and inclusive discourse online.

There is no ‘climate crisis’ (other than the man-made one conducted by CERN, HAARP and who knows what else).

And it’s great to see the President collaborating with ‘Meta’ on more sneaky ways to promote censoring free speech.

Herzog’s family is like ‘Zionist Royalty’.

But I can’t find much about his roots.

His father was called Yoel Leib Halevi Herzog, and was apparently a student of the Diskins in Lomza.

I am currently researching the Diskins of Lomza, and I’m learning some very interesting things that we’ll save for another post.

But Yoel Leib Herzog moved to the UK to become the Rabbi of Leeds in 1897 and was a big supporter of the Chovevei Zion organisation.

(Still trying to understand how his son could be speaking fluent Irish and supporting Sinn Fein and the IRA….still not obvious from the official story.)

Here’s a screenshot from the Hebrew Wikipedia page, describing the Herzog family tree going forward:

Herzog married one ‘Sara Hillman’, the daughter of Shmuel Yitzhak Hillman.

Whaddya know?

He was the Chief Rabbi of Glasgow, and the Rabbi of London, before he moved to Israel in 1934 (see his Hebrew Wikipedia page, HERE).

He also happens to descend from the exact same family as Jacob Frank.

The ancestor he’s named for, R’ Shmuel Helman of Metz, had a father with two names.

One of his names was Shraga Feiwel Helman, who married a daughter of the Megaleh Amukot.

While his ‘other name’ was ‘Israel Heilprin of Krotoschin’, who married Margola Shor – and apparently fathered Jacob Frank.

I’m still unpicking what’s true here, and it will take me a while.

But what is certain, is that the Helmans / Hillmans and the family of Jacob Frank are very closely related.

And that Sabbatean-Frankist ‘royalty’ only married each other.

Let’s end with another interesting ‘relative by marriage’ for the Herzog family, named Nessim Gaon, who died just three months ago, in May 2022.

HERE is his Wikipedia page.

He was the father of Margaret, married to our current President’s brother, Yoel Herzog.

Just read this, and have your eyes fall out of your head:

His family originally emigrated from Turkey to Egypt and then on to Sudan. His father was a high-ranking official in the British government and served as governor of the city of Port Sudan.

Whenever I see ‘Turkey’, I automatically assume ‘Sabbatean-Frankist’, at this stage.

Also, does it make sense that a man from a country Britain was at war with, Turkey, would then a few years later become a ‘high-ranking official in the British government’ ruling over Port Sudan?

There’s more weird things, let’s continue:

He married Rana, the daughter of a wealthy English-Jewish family. In 1956, the year Egypt’s Jews were expelled, the two emigrated to Geneva, Switzerland. He founded Noga, a real estate company in Switzerland. At the same time he specialized in the trade in pesticides and cereals.

It seems all roads lead to Geneva.

In the mid-1980s, Gaon’s personal fortune was estimated at-5 billion.

Five billion?!?!

From selling cereal and pesticides?!?!?

But here’s the even more interesting stuff (google translated from Hebrew so a little clunky):

Since 1991, Noga provided loans to buy food and other goods to the Russian government, which has pledged to repay oil debt but has not paid its debt.

In1993, a business dispute was declared, which nearly led to the bankruptcy of Noga.

Arbitration in a Swedish court has twice ruled that Russia did not respect the agreements. She was ordered to pay Gaon 1,100 million.

Moscow refused and, in response, was able to freeze more than 30 Russian accounts in Luxembourg and Switzerland. Russia’s Central bank was so appalled that it secretly transferred much of its reserves to the British Channel Islands.

Sergei Alexchenko. then deputy head of the Central Bank, said they were so alarmed that Russia’s national economic security was at stake…

In July 2000, [Gaon] attempted to seize Russia’s Presidential plane during Putin’s visit to France

Gaon seized the Russian Navy ship Sadov and its 11 cadets, triggering a diplomatic crisis inFrench-Russian relations. It resulted in the freezing of the bank accounts of the Russian embassy in France.

In Belgium, an exhibition of 1,600 Russian jewels and treasures was cancelled, fearing Gaon would steal them.

On record, Noga tried to intercept U.S. payments to Russia for an uranium deal involving disassembled Soviet warheads.

The deal was delayed and the crisis was resolved only after the intervention of President Bill Clinton, who issued an executive order

He has caused widespread concern among the Russian government, being called a “financial terrorist” by Russia’s deputy finance minister and dubbed “Putin’s biggest enemy” by Britain’s Guardian.

I find all this incredible, not least because I’ve never even heard of this man.

And of course, there’s the usual financial mis-propriety going on here too. Of course!

Gaon was a guarantor of the commitments of David Gaon and Joel Herzog, who served as directors at the Bank of North America, which was founded in 1977 and disbanded in 1987 following large-scale misdeeds of several other directors.

In 1993, the Jerusalem District Court ruled that directors were negligent in their duties and should be held liable for the bank’s collapse. Geon and Herzog were required in the ruling to pay an amount equivalent to about 160 million to the state in receivership.

If you go HERE, you learn some more interesting stuff about Nissim Gaon.

Like, he was working for British Intelligence in WW2. And became the head of the United Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jewish Community in Geneva in 1966 (the same place and same time we find Tibor Rosenbaum and his Mossad-and-Mafia funding bank.)

And here’s more detail on Gaon’s legal fight with the Russian Federation:

Since 2000, the corporation has repeatedly sought the seizure of Russian property in France and Switzerland.

Meanwhile, according to journalists, the judicial authorities of Switzerland and Israel suspected Gaon of financial fraud and involvement in corruption.

In January 2008, Paris bailiffs seized a number of assets of Russian state-owned companies and state structures at the request of Noga. Assets worth up to $ 70 million placed in the accounts of VTB Bank France SA and Calyon banks were seized, including assets of the Bank of Russia, the RIA Novostinews agency[, as well as the Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and the TSSKB — Progress enterprise.

Totally mind-boggling.

I don’t know when God is finally going to free us from all these Sabbatean-Frankists, but I can tell you that day can’t come soon enough.

And I still have a bunch of stuff I’m wading through about what the Zionists were really up to in Hungary, during World War II.

But that is a story that will have to be continued another time.

Thanks to C. for the following link, with more information on Nessim Gaon’s conviction in France for bribery: .

Jewish millionaire Nessim Gaon and his son-in-law, Yoel Herzog, were convicted of bribery charges by a French court recently. The pair was charged with bribing Cannes mayor Michel Mouillot more than 10 years ago in an effort to put slot machines in the Noga Hilton hotel casino.

Thanks to my reader in the Netherlands, who sent me the following:

I am sending you some more information about Prince Bernhard and his relationship with Tibor Rosenbaum.

I have experienced him as prince and husband of our then Queen Juliana of Orange. He was the co-founder of the so-called Bilderberg group. Much of which can be found in Daniel Estulin’s book The True Story of the Bilderberg Group.

According to American military historian Paul J. Wilson of Nichols State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, in his study “Himmler’s cavalry, the equestrian SS 1930-1945,” Bernhard was a member of the Reiter SS.

During the marriage (January 7, 1937) of Bernhard and Juliana there are some minor incidents.

There are about thirty German officers in uniform, which in itself is not surprising because Bernhard comes from a family with many soldiers, but they also continuously give the Hitler salute, almost as a provocation.

In Peter Conradi’s book The Royals of Europe, it says the following about Bernhard and Rosenbaum:

“Questions were also raised about the prince’s financial and personal relationship with Tibor Rosenbaum, a Swiss banker whose Geneva-based International Credit Bank was accused of ties to organized crime, before the bank went bankrupt in 1975.

The year before, Bernhard had sold his Warmelo, a castle in the east of the Netherlands, to a company owned by the same Swiss bank. The price was far below the market value, as a result of which suspicions were expressed in the Dutch press that Bernhard would have funneled part of the actual purchase price.

Prince Bernhard let his mother Armgard live in the castle.

It was a beloved place for her grandchildren; for example, Beatrix spoke of ‘the warm Loo’. Bernhard would have felt even more at home there than at Soestdijk Palace. German was spoken at Warmelo, he secretly saw his German friends and ‘deals’ were struck, historian Annejet van der Zijl once illustrated.

It was one of those friends, Tibor Rosenbaum, who was allowed to buy the castle after Armgard’s death. For a friendly price, which could not prevent him from going bankrupt shortly afterwards.

Does anyone come by ‘billions’ honestly, in this world?

The last couple of weeks, I noticed there was some weird propaganda going on ‘against’ going to Uman for Rosh Hashana.

HERE‘s just one recent example from the State of Israel propaganda site ‘Yeshiva World News’:

This was front page ‘news’ on the YWN propaganda site, so I went looking around some of the other English-language (propaganda-pretend-‘news’) sites – and I quickly discovered no other sites were running the story.

Which is when I understood is was carefully tailored propaganda, to put people off from going to Uman.

I saw a couple more fake news stories later on that week, including Nir Birkat and the Chabad ‘Chief Rabbi’ of Ukraine standing in front of a bombed-out building that was clearly not in Uman, telling people what a ‘dangerous war zone’ Uman was.

If anything, Uman is getting safer and safer each day as the tide seems to be turning in Zelensky’s favor (whatever that really means….) – but even when it wasn’t, when I was there three weeks ago it was TOTALLY QUIET.

The food wasn’t as great as it’s been the last few years in Uman, and the toilet paper was back to Soviet grey stuff, but otherwise – it was very peaceful, and the scariest part of the trip (as always…) was the Ukrainian passport control.

On Shabbat, I was reading Shivivei Or with some of the Rav’s recent comments, and last Monday night, he was also commenting on the ‘propaganda’ appearing against going to Uman, this time in Israeli media.

I decided to translate it and share it here, because it will give a lot of chizzuk to those who are going, and maybe it will show others that aren’t – again! – that what you think of as being ‘news’ is actually just brain-washing propaganda, that has very little truth in it.

So, there seems to be a serious machloket (disagreement), a very big machkloket, perhaps the same as happened between Shammai and Hillel, I don’t know, between Kol Hai and Kol BeRama, who are saying that it’s assur (forbidden) to travel to Uman.

[Ed. note: Kol Hai and Kol BeRama are two popular radio stations in Israel serving the Chareidi public.]

They are making announcements now across the whole of the media, that no one should dare to go to Uman, and that this is ‘pikuah nefesh’, [because] no one will return from there alive.

But the Ukrainians said that everything is OK.

The Ukrainians, a few hours ago, announced that there is absolutely no war in Uman, and there are no rockets, nothing… there’s hardly even a single siren going off a day.

[Ed. note: The Ukrainians have the sirens blaring across very large swathes of the country, even when the rockets are falling tens of miles away, these are not ‘Uman specific’ sirens.]

And the roads are not dangerous, and the roads are open.

The whole war is in the East, and we’re in the West.

This is a distance of 1,000 kilometers from where the war is taking place.

[Ed. note: Compare and contrast with the rockets on Sderot, which is just 80 km from Jerusalem and less to Tel Aviv.]

And now, they’ve also pushed all the Russians out, and the Ukrainians are saying there is nothing to be afraid of, it’s possible to come.

So, we don’t know who to follow, in order to posek the halacha.

Should we do it according to Kol BeRama, or like the Ukrainians?…

We are going to decide the halacha like the Ukrainians.

‘Ukrainians’ comes from the Hebrew word krina (radiation).

This is ‘keren or’  (a beam of light). ‘Ukraine’ is a Hebrew word.

The Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman of Breslov) says to come to Sofia [Gan Sofia, a large public park in Uman].

The Rebbe says to everyone to come to Uman, the Rebbe says to make a big gathering.

We heard that some people have already cancelled their tickets.

Now, we are asking everyone to get their tickets back.

So, we don’t know who to decide the halacha like.

Each person should decide whether it should be according to Kol BeRama or….

Simply, they are scared that all the synagogues will empty out, because when we were in Johannesburg, a whole synagogue emptied out. We were in Johannesburg twice for 9 months, and the first time over Rosh Hashana.

And it emptied out. A whole synagogue stood empty. They barely had a minyan.

So, it seems that they are scared that all the synagogues will be empty, because eventually, everyone is going to go to Uman.

There won’t be any choice.

Rav Natan says that even Moshiach is going to travel to Uman.

Amen! Amen! Amen!

Ad kan.

The Rav said a bunch of other stuff elsewhere, about how Lapid and the Israeli government are behind all these scare stories, because they are trying to close down Uman the same way they closed down Meron this year.

It’s not stam.

Many of the retards commenting on the bottom of all these scare stories don’t understand the spiritual significance of going to Uman for Rosh Hashana.

(Can I just pause, and sincerely apologise to retards for associating them with people who comment on the YWN propaganda site.)

But the evil people running the State of Israel understand just how important it is, spiritually, and that’s why they are going full-out to shut it down again, for the third year in a row.

What does that tell us?

Elsewhere, the Rav also commented that it’s the government itself that is behind all these ‘terror attacks’ in Israel.

Biden flew in, and the ‘terrorist on’ button got pressed again, as they try to manipulate the public into acting, or believing, or voting a certain way again.

But strangely, it’s really not working the way it used to.

We are in a very strange period of time.

Externally, more and more things are apparently ‘back to normal’.

No  more masks….lockdowns….forced GO nanotech ‘Covid’ shots….

Even the ‘war’ in Ukraine is petering out, and the State of Israel’s ongoing attempts to ignite more wars in the Middle East, and with Iran, just aren’t landing the punches.

At the same time.

My neshama can feel that underneath all this ‘normal’, there are big things moving around, huge battles being fought, enormous changes materialising on the horizon, that will BH transform our world into something unrecognisably good.

But of course, there’s also the potential still, for that transformation to go the other way, God forbid.

Every Rosh Hashana there is what to pray for.

But any way you look at it, this Rosh Hashana is going to be huge.

And the kibbutz in Uman is going to tip the balance, one way or another, even more than usual.

One last word on where to get tickets:

Most of the options direct from Israel are now sold out.

But a couple of days ago, the Rav said to start organising groups of 20+ people to fly out via Jordan, and that it’s also half the price of flying out via Jordan.

Then, try to head into Uman via Bucharest, Budapest, or via train from Warsaw (that last one is a 20 hour trip, but apparently it’s a train with sleeping compartments, four bunks to each compartment).

Most of all: Don’t be scared.

This world brainwashes us into thinking that staying in our comfort zone is the highest good.

But staying in our comfort zone is actually just guaranteed to slowly suffocate the soul.

People are risking coming to the ‘war zone’ that is Israel just to sit on the beach for a few days, and none of the cretins on YWN are accusing them of worshipping idols, or lacking basic intelligence.

(Remember, the whole world is just a mirror. Read those comments and understand you are looking at a classic case of ‘projection’.)

And may this Rosh Hashana, the New Year that is going to usher in 5783, motzae shvit, the year when Moshiach hopefully comes, sweeten everything for all of us.

Even the anti-Breslov cretins in Five Towns.

I thought long and hard about whether to write this post.

Yesterday, I sat on a bench near the Beit HaRav on Ido HaNavi St, and I really tried to figure out what God wants, here.

Because that’s really the only thing that matters: What does God want?

Does He want the Jewish community to continue sitting in darkness, trapped by a paradigm that has taught us that ‘our leaders’ are above reproach, above being challenged, above sinning?

Or, does God want us to stop with all this ‘pretend-perfect’, two-faced, toxic hypocritical nonsense, already, and to just come clean?

With a lot of compassion for the human frailty that leads us into the traps that the yetzer hara sets for us all.

And with a lot of appreciation of the good that even the worst of people can still perform in the world.

So, I was going to take today off from the PC and continue to mull things over.

But then I woke up with that ‘push’ to write this piece, that I know from past experience is the answer to my question yesterday, of what does God want?

So here it is.

And the point here is not to demonise anyone, or even to pretend that we can judge a person’s soul, in its entirety, because we can’t. We’re not God. Only God can way up all the bad and all the good that a person does throughout their life, to arrive at the true judgement of whether that person was really a saint – or a sinner.

But what we can and must do is tell the truth, to the best of our ability, about what happened in the past to our people, to our nation.

So that we can finally ‘come clean’, identify the mistakes and errors of judgment that were made, and finally make the teshuva required for us to be able to move past them, and into that ‘world of truth’ that’s waiting for us.

So, with that intro out of the way, let us begin.

Really, this story begins around 14 years ago, when I first read a copy of Ben Hecht’s ‘Perfidy’.

Perfidy describes how the Jewish Agency and Ben Gurion’s Labor Zionists were offered a deal by Eichmann to rescue the 900,000 Jews then living in Hungary in 1944, close to the end of the war, in return for 10,000 trucks of supplies for the German military.

Ben Gurion and his small group of advisors refused the offer, and within a couple of months ‘Operation Auschwitz’ was underway, that saw more than half a million of those Jews in Hungary sent to the gas chambers in record time.

If you think this tale sounds incredible, I found the minutes of Ben Gurion apparently discussing the deal with Eichmann on the Yad Vashem website HERE.

In ‘Perfidy’, Hecht described in detail what had happened, by focussing on the court case where Rudolf Israel Kastner sued Malchiel Greenwald, for writing a pamphlet saying that Kastner had aided and abetted the Nazis in Hungary.

You can read more details HERE, but the court case blew the lid on how closely the Zionists had actually been working with the Nazis during World War II, and it caused an enormous scandal in Israel.

That scandal only really started to die down when Kastner was conveniently shot to death, shortly afterwards, presumably to keep his mouth shut, and the Zionists war-time secrets safe.

To this day, debate rages on about the so-called ‘Kastner Train’, that rescued approximately 1,500 of Hungary’s leading Jewish citizens.

Descendants of Kastner, like current head of the Labor Party Merav Michaeli, like to say he was a ‘hero’, who risked his life to whisk these people out from the jaws of death.

I don’t buy that.

I am far more aligned with the argument that says that Kastner was part of the Zionist team who knew what the Nazis were planning for the Jews of Hungary, thanks to Eichmann’s offer to save them.

And who decided to let those half a million Hungarian Jews get thrown into the gas chambers.

But not before they tried to save their own friends and family, supporters, Zionists, and anyone with money or connections who could potentially be useful to the proto State of Israel.

There’s a very interesting article (Google Translate it) called ‘The Hungarian Catastrophe’.

The Jews on the Kastner Train were also in a privileged position, and after several months of negotiations, the vast majority of them finally found themselves in the safety of Switzerland.

After the war, Rudolf Kastner was denounced not only for giving train seats to his relatives and many friends, but also for condemning tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews to death without warning that the Nazis were planning to deport them to Auschwitz.

On the first count, he was found guilty, but on the second, the evidence was not so convincing. Indeed, when he arrived in his native Cluj, Kastner did not tell anyone there about the real intentions of the Nazis, but there are strong doubts that his intervention could have somehow changed the situation.

If you’re still with me, you can already understand why this whole affair was hushed up, any way it could be.

Because what we’re looking at here is that the people behind the whole ‘Zionist enterprise’ on both sides of the Atlantic decided that most of Hungary’s 900.000 Jews were expendable, when they had the opportunity to save them.

So now that we’ve sketched in the big picture of what was going on in Hungary, let’s zoom into the story of Tibor Rosenbaum, who intimately caught up with what was happening there in 1944.

I only heard of him because one of my readers was a relative of his by marriage, and a while back, she sent me a comment telling me about what a fine, upstanding person he was, and how he had saved many people from the Nazis back in Hungary.

Before we continue, let me make it clear that my reader’s experience of Tibor Rosenbaum, the ‘saint’, is also true.

Human beings are complex.

We’re not one dimensional cartoons of a ‘saint’ or a ‘sinner’. We are an agglomeration of our actions, our thoughts, our deeds, over a lifetime, and while some of those deeds are undoubtedly saintly, some of them are truly awful.

And that goes double and triple, for people who find themselves in the sort of life-and-death situations that characterises World War II.

That’s how I learned that a film had been made about Tibor Rosenbaum, the saint, called ‘Walking With The Enemy’, back in 2014.

Here’s the basic description:

The heroics of Pinchas Rosenbaum saved thousands of people from the Nazis. Watch the movie inspired by his courageous story on Digital HD & DVD today!

You can read more about the movie itself HERE, that says it’s based on the true story of Pinchas (Tibor) Rosenbaum.

And you can read more about the ‘true story’ that apparently inspired the movie, on the Shalom Magazine site HERE (Google translate from the Hebrew).

Pinchas Rosenbaum, the son of Rabbi Shmuel Shmelke Halevi, was born on 2.11.23 in Kleinverdein, Hungary.

He comes from a magnificent rabbinical family in Hungary. His ancestors were disciples of Hatem Sofer, and even before that of the Baal Shem Tov and the Maharal of Prague…

After his father’s death, [Pinchas] succeeded his father, Rabbi Shmuel Shmelke, who was the last rabbi of the community before the Holocaust. He was taken with members of his family and his congregation to Auschwitz, and of the entire family, only one – Pinchas-was saved by fire.

Pinchas himself… was ordained to the Rabbinate at the age of 18, by Rabbi Yitzhak Halevi Herzog.

Earlier, while studying at the Yeshiva, a connection between him and the “Bnei Akiva” movement was formed and he was associated with the “Torah and Labor”movement.

Before long, he was a member of the National Board of Bnei Akiva in Hungary.

During the Nazi occupation, during the terrible period of the Holocaust, when most of Hungary’s Jews were exterminated by the Nazis in the gas chambers, Pinchas spent his days organizing Jewish youth for rescue and escape operations.

He and his friends rescued thousands of Jews, entire families, from the clutches of the Nazis, hid them and took care of all their belongings.

This article was written by a former Yediot Aharonot journalist Menachem Michelson, who apparently now works for Yad Vashem, writing biographies of various holocaust heros.

Back when the film about Tibor’s heroics came out, Michelson wrote a few articles to help support its launch, like the one quoted above, with a tag line that he was writing a book about Tibor Rosenbaum’s activities during World War II:

Menachem Michelson is a journalist for the israeli newspaper Yedioth Aharonoth. He is currently writing a major biography of Pinchas Tibor Rosenbaum zl, which will soon be published in Hebrew and English.

That book never materialised.

But, as part of my efforts to focus on the ‘good’ – on the saint, before getting into the sinner – I spent the best part of yesterday trying to track down more information about what Rosenbaum had actually DONE, because as in investigative journalist, my rule of thumb is that the devil is always in the details.

The first place I went to check was Yad Vashem.

And that’s where this story already starts to get complicated.

I plugged in ‘Dr Rosenbaum’ to the Yad Vashem’s search engine – and it came back with nothing.

I tried a few more times, and while a few unrelated ‘Rosenbaums’ came up in various articles and papers, there was nothing about ‘Pinchas Tibor Rosenbaum’, the saintly rescuer of thousands of Jews in Hungary.

I widened the search out to Hungary, more broadly – and that’s when I tripped over the notes of the discussion Ben Gurion had with his advisors over Eichmann’s offer, that basically proves that the version of events in ‘Perfidy’ is true.

But I couldn’t find anything more concrete on the Yad Vashem website about a guy that someone went to the trouble of making a whole film about, back in 2014.

And I found that very strange.

Again, I’m not saying it didn’t happen.

What I AM saying, is that there were a lot of Jews in Hungary at that time who were working extremely hard to try to save Jewish lives, and from everything I have now read and explored, it looks like Bnei Akiva in Hungary were all basically engaged in dressing up as ‘the enemy’ to try to save Jews from Auschwitz.

Those same Jews that Ben Gurion and Kastner had basically turned their backs on, even though they had first-hand knowledge of what was going to happen to them, if they weren’t rescued.

So, at the same time I can’t find any real stories written about Tibor Rosenbaum’s real exploits in Hungary, I AM tripping over a bunch of real stories about other people, that basically sound identical.

Like THIS one from the Yad Vashem site, called:

Yehoshua-Sándor Ungar: “Mizrachi” Activist in the Glass House in Budapest

[Father]drove alongside the death marches three times and gave out letters of protection – Schutzpass – to whomever he could.

He drove in the Swiss car with a typewriter on his knees […] He traveled for three hours up to the border and called to people to stand on the side until he had prepared the letters of protection with their names […] All along the route Nazi Hungarian punks [Arrow Cross men] stood on both sides with their rifles pointed upwards.

There were those who received the letters [Schutzpass] and those who tore them up.

Ungar was part of the group working with someone who has been totally scrubbed out of the ‘Holocaust Hero Hall of Fame’, a man by the name of Moshe-Miklos Kraus.

Kraus was a Zionist, belonged to the Mizrachi, and was the director of the Eretz Israel office in Budapest.

Let’s return to the Yad Vashem site, to fill in more of the details:

In late May 1944, he was made aware of the fate of the deportees, and of the extermination in the gas chambers of Auschwitz-Birkenau and he did what he could to disseminate this information.

He had 7,800 certificates – immigration permits to Eretz Israel – in his possession. In order to activate the certificates, he enlisted Carl Lutz, the Swiss Vice-Consul in Budapest, who represented British interests in Hungary. Lutz succeeded in persuading the British to consider the certificate owners British citizens, and took them under his protective auspices.

In June, the Hungarians permitted the departure of the approximately 7,800 certificate owners. Kraus came up with the idea to count each certificate as a family certificate, and thus increased the number of people entitled to protective custody to approximately 40,000.

Arthur Weiss, one of the major importers of glass in Hungary, gave Kraus his office building on 29 Vadász Street in Budapest – the Glass House.

Under the leadership of Lutz and Kraus, the house became a rescue activity hub, and the location for the preparation and distribution of the letters of protection. Alongside the Mizrachi and General Zionist activists, there were also representatives of the Budapest Pioneer Underground movement, “Hanoar Hazioni”,” Hashomer Hatzair”, “Dror” and “Maccabi Hatzair”.

Strangely, no-one has done any movies about Moshe Krausz.

In my research yesterday, I discovered that a big part of why Krausz got ‘scrubbed’ out of the Hungarian Holocaust Hero Hall of Fame is because he seemed to be on the ‘opposite side’ to Kastner.

Snippet from HERE:

Krausz’s effort was at odds with that of a fellow Hungarian Jew, Rudolf Kastner, who negotiated with top Nazi SS official Adolf Eichmann on an unconsummated deal to ransom one million Jews for 10,000 trucks laden with supplies needed by Germany.

That’s the same Kastner who claimed ‘Holocaust Hero’ status for arranging for a single train to leave Hungary, whilst reassuring the people left behind that everything was going to be OK.

The Germans didn’t want a repeat of what had happened in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, you see.

So, they prevailed upon the Jews with connections – who were leaving the country themselves – to reassure those left behind that they would be safe from the Germans, until the end of the war.

The Satmar Rebbe – who escaped on the Kastner train – told his followers to stay behind.

The Belze Rebbe did the same – and there are more of those strange links with enemy intelligence we saw by Chabad in Warsaw, leading to ‘miraculous escapes’ while their followers got slaughtered en masse.

Snippet from Wikipedia:

[T]he brothers were driven out of occupied Poland, and into Hungary, by Major General István Újszászy, head of the Vkf2 Hungarian counter-intelligence, who was friendly to Jews and acting on orders of Hungarian Regent Admiral Miklós Horthy…

Rebbe Aharon and Rabbi Mordechai spent eight months in Budapest, before receiving highly rationed Jewish Agency certificates to enter Palestine. In January 1944, they boarded the Orient Express to Istanbul.

Less than two months later, the Nazis invaded Hungary, and began deporting its 450,000 Jews.

(Maybe we’ll get to a more detailed look at all these Rebbes escaping the Nazis – with the help of the Nazis – another time…)

And Rudolf Kastner was also part of this club, who had prior intelligence of what was in store for the Jews of Hungary, but who hid that information from the Jews of Hungary, so they wouldn’t cause the Nazis any problems by staging another ‘uprising’.

From what I can tell, Tibor Rosenbaum was working closely with Rudolf Kastner.

Let’s draw a veil over this side of things now.

As we’ve said earlier, who knows whether you or I would have made a different choice in the same circumstances?

I’d like to hope and believe that I definitely would have been more of a ‘Moshe Krausz’, than a ‘Rudolf Kastner’, but until a person has been through something like that, God forbid, it’s really all just speculation.

Because now I want to take a look at what Tibor Rosenbaum got up to after the war, which perhaps will explain more about why such a strange effort was made back in 2014 to try to set him up as a ‘Hungarian Holocaust Hero’.

Long story short, Rosenbaum was a spook.

The English Wikipedia site tells a very ‘clean’ version of the story:

Soon after the establishment of Israel, Mr. Rosenbaum started an organisation called “Helvis Company” to actively promote Israeli‐Swiss trade. A decade later Helvis was alleged to having given kickbacks into a special fund of the National Religious party to obtain contracts from the Ministry of Health in connection with two hospitals near Tel Aviv.

Together with his friend Bernard Cornfeld, Rosenbaum founded the Banque De Credit International Genève in Geneva in the 1959, which went bankrupt in 1976…

Rosenbaum originally financed arms purchases for Israel through the bank.

For the major organized crime figure Meyer Lansky, who first met Rosenbaum in 1965, the bank also opened a connection to Israel.

Let’s pause for a moment, while I explain the huge struggle I was having yesterday.

Within two minutes of clicking around, I came to realise that Tibor Rosenbaum, saint that he may certainly have been for my reader, and probably for many other people, was actually also mixed up in some of the darkest and most yucky stuff going on around the planet.

I am not going to belabour the point here, but I will mention a few things, and link to articles where you can read more of the gory details, if you want to.

Very quickly, I stumbled across a mass of information linking Rosenbaum to the assassination of John F Kennedy, who was apparently getting in the way of the DARPA Nazis brought over by CIA head Allen Dulles in the US, and also starting to make life difficult for Meir Lanksy and ‘Murder Inc’, and also – apparently – going against the State of Israel’s desire to acquire a nuke.

I say ‘apparently’, because as I am coming to realise more and more, official history is mostly a web of lies, and trying to figure out the true motivations of why certain things happened at certain times is like groping for the light switch in a very dark room.

That’s why I go back to facts and verifiable details when I’m researching stuff, because there are certain things that are still true, and they are to be found in the details.

So, you can read more about this for yourself HERE.

And / or go and look up ‘PERMINDEX’.

And / or get yourself a copy of a book by Michael Collins Piper, who has a reputation for being an anti-semite, because he put together a lot of the facts and details that showed that the State of Israel had a hand in the murder of JFK, via the Mossad’s connection with Lansky’s mob – which pivoted around Tibor Rosenbaum, and his Banque de Credit International Geneve.

That was bad enough.

But then I stumbled across the shocking information that Tibor Rosenbaum – whose whole family had been sent to Auschwitz – was apparently very good friends with the former SS Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands.

Say what?!

As well as being a not-s0-closet rabid Nazi, Prince Bernhard also set up a group you may have heard of, called the Bilderbergers.

And he was very closely linked to IG Farben (now Bayer)- the same people who were supporting Mengele’s human experiments on Jews at Auschwitz.

Snippet from HERE:

IG Farben was the most powerful German corporate cartel in the first half of the 20th century and the single largest profiteer from the Second World War. IG (Interessengemeinschaft) stands for “Association of Common Interests”: IG Farben included BASF, Bayer, Hoechst, and other German chemical and pharmaceutical companies.

As documents show, IG Farben was intimately involved with the human experimental atrocities committed by Mengele at Auschwitz.

Tibor Rosenbaum was such good friends with Prince Bernhard, that when his bank got into trouble, Prince Bernhard tried to help him out financially by selling him one of his ancestral castles, at a really low price, for Rosenbaum to try to ‘flip’.

But it didn’t work.

Again, let’s press pause.

Just as the ‘saint’ was tinged by the actions of the ‘sinner’, the ‘sinner’ is still elevated by the actions of the ‘saint’.

It all goes together, and God is the only One who can judge whether a person’s actions tip them into the scale of righteousness – or the opposite, God forbid.

The Mossad was closely aligned with things like the CIA’s project MK ULTRA (which is where all the ‘Yemenite Children’ disappeared to, back in the 1950s).

The Mossad was also working hand-in-hand with former Nazi Oskar Skorzeny, as documented in the meticulously-researeched book ‘Rise and Kill First’.

There are connections here that are totally horrifying, from a moral, spiritual perspective, and at this stage, I personally am finding it very hard to judge Rosenbaum favorably.

I can’t judge another soul, in entirety. Only God can do that.

What I can do is just continue setting out the fact’s, the evidence.

Rosenbaum’s Mossad connections is one thing, and we will probably never really know what he did, or didn’t do with the Mossad.

Both good and bad.

But his lack of financial integrity is something that we DO know about, in detail, not least thanks to articles like this one, from the New York Times, back in 1975, when there was still a little bit of honest journalism left:

A Global Bank Tangle And Its Lost Millions

Let’s quote some pertinent snippets:

PARIS, April 8—An indictment was handed up in Israel today charging the country’s most prominent financial official, Michael Tzur, with fraud, bribery and a breach of trust. The indictment had been expected, but behind it was a long trail of banking intrigue in Switzerland and Liechtenstein‐that allegedly siphoned off million of dollars intended for Israeli development.

The complaint against Mr. Tzur, accusing him of having illegally transferred more than $20‐million out of Israel, centers on his relations with the International Credit Bank of Geneva and its founder, Tibor Pinchas Rosenbaum.

Baron Rothschild, 48‐year‐old scion of the famous banking family, filed criminal charges against Mr. Rosenbaum in Geneva and initiated the criminal proceedings against Mr. Tzur, who faces a possible 22‐year prison sentence if convicted.

The Baron acted in his capacity as chairman of Israel Corporation, the $100‐million development company. Almost $9‐million of its own funds are said to have disappeared in Liechtenstein via the Rosenbaum route….

I.C.B. was cited by Life Magazine in 1967 as one of the Swiss banks that received funds that mobsters skimmed from casinos in the United States and the Bahamas, then recycled into mob‐controlled investments in legitimate American businesses….

I.C.B. performed a number of services for Israel.

Once, according to an Israeli source, when Defense Minister Shimon Peres, then director general in the Defense Ministry, called Mr. Rosenbaum and told him that Israel needed $7‐million within 24 hours for her national security, Mr. Rosenbaum found the money overnight. He did not ask for, but received, a commission of $500,000 for his services, according to the source.

The source also recounted that bank has had relations with a nondescript business office in Lausanne, requiring the deepest cover for its principal operation—finding Arab oil on the international market and shipping it to Israel.

The Defense Ministry maintained an account at the bank to buy arms in Western Europe. Other accounts were held by the Histadrut, the Israeli labor federation, by Solel Boneh( the Histadrut‐owned supply and construction company), Zim and Israel Corporation.

All those organisations named in the last paragraph are the true ‘owners’ of the State of Israel.

And behind them, sits Court Jews and oligarchs and mafiosos like the Rothschilds.

And behind them, sit the monarchs and the leading Freemason-satanists.

And behind them…. ?

We still don’t really know. Yet.

But what’s clear, is that Rosenbaum’s bank was firmly in the middle of all this spiritual corruption.

Let’s give the New York Times the last word, for now:

In desperate need for liquidity, Mr. Rosenbaum according to a Swiss banking source intimate with the Rosenbaum operation, used his Leichtenstein trusts as a secret turntable to transfer funds siphoned from the bank to his other enterprises.

Associates of Mr. Rosenbaum say he was above all else loyal to his friends and is now deeply hurt that many of his friends seem to have abandoned him in his time of crisis.

“The only telephone calls he gets now are from journalists,” said one recent visitor who described Mr. Rosenbaum as “deeply agitated” in a state where he “grins, grimaces, pouts even weeps all at the same time.”

His secretary for 18 years, Gabrielle Goldstein, who quit Nye years ago and now runs a Geneva boutique, described him as “too humane, too scrupulous.”

It is a measure of the mark that he has made both very close friends and as many enemies.

Sinner or Saint?

Or, Sinner AND Saint?

There is a lot more to unpack here, this is literally the tip of the iceberg.

Because we face the same question about all of those people who got the State of Israel going – who all seem to stem from that same, small group of Sabbatean-Frankists we’ve been discussing here.

Rosenbaum and Rothschild were from the same close family.

And in turn, Rosenbaum and Rothschild were also closely related to the Satmar Rebbe and the Belz Rebbe.

And Shimon Peres.

And R’ Chaim Kanievsky.

And Ruby Rivlin, Sarah Netanyahu and Bibi himself.

It’s all the same people.

So, sinner or saint, or sinner AND saint?

What’s more honest, what’s more realistic?

And what is finally going to break down all these walls between the Jews, and give us the achdus God really wants us to have?

I think you know the answer.

A reader sent me this, from a book written by a relative whose family also escaped on the Kastner train:

And another reader asked me – or really, told me – about Raoul Wallenberg, who also did tremendous work rescuing the remnant of the Jews from the Holocaust.

It would take a lot of research to try to figure out who was really doing what in Hungary.

But what seems to be clear, is that Kastner and people like Ben Gurion and Steven Wise deserve the least credit for ‘rescue attempts’.

And the links between the proto-Zionists, the Sabbatean-Frankist bankers and Rebbes, and the war machine itself will have to wait for another time.

But, they exist.

And they’ve been covered over for 80 years.

I am getting to that point where my tabs are exploding again.

Usually this happens when I have a number of different research subjects going on all at once, and my mind is struggling to pin it all down. From past experience, I now know that if I don’t kind of close most of the tabs down, one way or another, I just end up with a bout of nervous exhaustion, where I have to stop typing for a couple of weeks.

To try and head that off at the pass, this post is going to zip through some of the stuff I’ve discovered, or want to share, but in a very truncated manner.

Usually, I like to go into more detail, and put more of the pieces together, but sometimes the volume of stuff I’m wading through is too much to do that, but I’m still getting the ‘inner urge’ to get the info up and shared around.

So, that’s what is going on with this post, and then I’m having a few days off to work on my novel.

Let’s start with evil internet.

The graphene oxide nanotech contained in the Covid shots – and probably also now hidden in a bunch of other ‘vaccines’ too – seems to grow into what appears to be nano-computer networks in the human body, when near internet routers.

And when the internet is turned off, those GO ‘nano-networks’ start dissolving into nothing again.

This has huge implications, and it strikes me as a fundamental way that God is going to wean us off the evil internet, and especially smart phones, one way or another.

Chuck out your smart phone now!!!

(Or at the very least, turn everything totally off, as much as you can….)

It also strikes me that keeping shabbat – where all these devices are turned off – could well be saving people’s lives and health, as it’s a total day off where all the GO nanotech just ‘shrinks back’ to nothing.

Watch this, and  make your own mind up:

Next: I’m coming to the firm conclusion that Yoshki was a Kohen.

Or really, I should say that both Yoshkis were Kohen, and specifically, Kohens from the line of Tzadok the High Priest, who was the original heretic who gave us the Sadduccees (‘Tzadukim’, in Hebrew).

Go back and read THIS, and then part 2 HERE,which started to set out a lot of information about the links between the Sadducees, the Jewish-Christians, and the Sabbatean-Frankists.

The next bit of the puzzle came from a book I just read by self-confessed ‘Zadokite’ descendent and Karaite, Allen Goldenthal, called the Caiaphas Letters.

Very long story short, Goldenthal sets out a family tree and a history for Caiaphas the High Priest, famous to xtianity for being the one who got Yoshki (Number 2….) arrested.

But by the end of the book, he’s sharing the really interesting information, including a ‘Zadokite’ (Sadduccee…) family tree that begins with the Zadokite, Hellenistic High Priest Alcimus.

You can read about Alcimus HERE.

Some relevant snippets:

Alcimus is described as a leader of the Hellenizing faction of Hellenistic Judaism that favored more enthusiastic adoption of Greek practices and less adherence to Jewish law….

Josephus writes that Alcimus was “also called Jakeimos.” Jews in the Hellenistic era usually adopted dual names, a Greek and a Hebrew one: Alcimus was likely the Greek form of the Hebrew name “Eliakim” and Jakeimos the Greek form of Hebrew “Yakim”

The midrashes Genesis Rabbah and Tehillim briefly discuss a figure named “Jakum of Zeroroth” (or “Jakim”). In the story, a man named Joseph Meshita robs a golden artifact from the temple, then is sawed in half.

Rabbi Jose ben Joezer is Jakum’s uncle; Jakum mocks Joezer during his hanging, but then experiences remorse and commits suicide. Due to Jakum’s similarity to Jakeimos, some scholars believe it is describing Alcimus, albeit after hundreds of years of the story drifting.

There is a document called the ‘Damascus Document’ that has been deliberately mistranslated by scholars to hide the links with the Jewish-Christians-Sadducee-Karaite-Sabatean-Frankists we are still dealing with.

You can read an English translation HERE (and if someone can help me track down the Hebrew original, please leave a link in the comments. Ta!)

The corrupt establishment tells us this a document written by Essenes, describing an internal struggle the Essenes had.

Really, this is a document that was written by the Zadokite faction of priests who gave us both Yoshkis, about the struggle they were having with Saul of Tarsus and Pauline xtianity.

It’s probably written by the brother of Yoshki 2, James the first Jewish-Christian Bishop of Jerusalem.

It was found in the Cairo Geniza – OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY!!!! – back in 1897, and dates back to the 13th century.

That Damascus Document talks about a ‘Righteous Teacher’, who begins his breakaway sect, and then later, there comes a different ‘Unique Teacher’.

Both of these ‘teachers’ are deeply interested in coming up with a version of Judaism that will break down the barriers between Jew and gentile, and unite them in a single faith that is loosely based on the Torah law, and still abides by things like circumcision, but emphasises things like vegetarianism over kashrut, etc.

Does this sound familiar?

Goldenthal says that this first ‘Righteous Teacher’ is the moderate Hellenizer and Sadducee / Zadokite High Priest, Alcimus / Joachim.

Who is persecuted by the Hasmoneans of the Chanukah story, who are fighting against the Greeks, and runs away to start his own community (the Essenes), before eventually being hunted down and killed / or alternatively, killing himself in a fit of teshuva.

Yose ben Yoezer was Alcimus’s uncle, and one of the 60 ‘Hasid-eans’ who was crucified to death by the Greeks.

Yose ben Yoezer’s student was R’ Yehoshua of Perachya – the teacher of Yoshki Number 1.

I have a feeling that ‘Yoshki 1’ was not Alcimus himself, but could have been Yose ben Yoezer’s own son, who he disinherited, and who is linked in the Gemara to King Alexander Yannai.

Here’s the Gemara in Bava Batra 133b, discussing whether it’s proper to disinherit wicked children:

It happened that Yosef ben Yoezer had a son who was not conducting himself properly. [Yosef ben Yoezer] owned a purse of gold dinars. He arose and consecrated it, thus disinheriting his son.

[The son] went and married the daughter of King [Alexander] Yannai’s crown maker…..

I am still trying to unpick all this – feel free to join in – but there is definitely a lot of strange connections with Alexander Yannai and Yoshki I.

Alcimus was High Priest for three years, from 162–159 BCE.

Alexander Yannai ruled almost 60 years later,  103 to 76 BCE.

I am trying to pin down the dates for Yose ben Yoezer – can anyone help me do that?

Yose ben Yoezer was also a Kohen.

And Alexander Yannai – the king at the time of Yehoshua ben Perachya and the Talmudic story of Yoshki 1 – was the Sadducee High Priest who was also fighting a lot of wars, and murdering a lot of rabbis, including via crucification.

Snippet from Wikipedia:

During the Jewish holiday Sukkot, Alexander Jannaeus, while officiating as the High Priest at the Temple in Jerusalem, demonstrated his displeasure against the Pharisees by refusing to perform the water libation ceremony properly: instead of pouring it on the altar, he poured it on his feet.

The crowd responded with shock at his mockery and showed their displeasure by pelting him with etrogim.

They made the situation worse by insulting him. They called him a descendant of a captive woman and unsuitable to hold office and to sacrifice.

Outraged, he killed six thousand people. Alexander also had wooden barriers built around the altar and the temple preventing people from going near him. Only the priests were permitted to enter. This incident during the Feast of Tabernacles was a major factor leading up to the Judean Civil War.

Clearly, the dates are off with all this stuff.

Alcimus is described as ‘tearing down walls’ in the Temple, with one view that he was trying to tear down the barriers that prevented Jew and non-Jew from mixing, literally, while another view says that he was tearing down this ‘wooden barrier’ that had been built by Alexander Yannai.

But, Alcimus is meant to have lived at least 60 years before all that happened….

For the record, Goldenthal says that Alcimus has two sons, Matthias and Tzadok.

Matthias’ descendants include Josephus, and Joseph Caiaphas, the High Priest at the time of the story of Yoshki 2.

While Tzadok’s descendants Include ‘Joseph the father of Yeshua’, leading on to Yeshua (Yoshki 2 – the ‘Unique Teacher’ of the Zadokite ‘Damascus Document’ found in the  Cairo Genizah), and all of Yeshua’s brothers, including James the first Bishop of the Jewish-Christians of Jerusalem.

So to sum up:

Yoshki 1 (‘the Righteous Teacher’) and Yoshki 2 (‘the Unique Teacher’) descended from a family of Tzadukim Priests, related to R’ Yose ben Yoezer, of Pirkei Avot and Gemara fame, the Nassi of the Sanhedrin, who disinherited his own son, who was in turn connected to King Alexander Yannai.

Alexander Yannai also crucified a bunch of rabbis in very cruel ways, and the Nassi at that time was R’ Yehoshua ben Perachya, who the Gemara identifies as being the teacher of Yoshki 1, executed by the Sanhedrin for using Egyptian black magic to do ‘miracles’.

And Yehoshua ben Perachya was the student who took over from Yose ben Yoezer, who was crucified to death by the authorities….

Now, go back and read this:

Whitewashing Yoshki

[The original] Yeshu lived in the time of Shimon ben Shetach, who had Yoshke killed for being a false moshiach and utilizing the Shem haMeforesh.

Basically, the tract Toldot Yeshu is correct. That is the real, historical Jesus and that is all about what he did.

Then his followers, called ‘minim’ in the Gemora started to viciously lash back at the Perushim, the Sages, and later began the Hebrew/Christian cult we know of from history.

Shimon ben Shetach took over from R’ Yehoshua ben Perachya, and was the brother of Queen Shlomtzion / Salome, Alexander Jannai’s wife.

Here’s some more pertinent snippets from the ‘Whitewashing Yoshki’ post:

According to the Talmud, Yannai was a questionable desecrated priest (rumour had it that his mother was captured in Modiin and violated) and, in the opinion of the Pharisees, was not allowed to serve in the temple.

This infuriated the king and he sided with the Sadducees who defended him. This incident led the king to turn against the Pharisees and he persecuted them until his death.

And Alexander Janneus also ‘crucified’ a whole bunch of rabbis in Jerusalem:

Jannaeus… brought the surviving rebels back to Jerusalem where he had eight hundred Jews, primarily Pharisees, crucified.

Well, so much for my short post.

There’s a lot to unpick here, but what’s clear is that the dating for all this has been deliberately skewed.

This comes from the Mayim Achronim post entitled ‘Yose ben Yoezer’:

In that same first chapter of Pirkei Avot, we read that Antigonus was the student of Shimon haTzadik, the last survivor of the Knesset HaGedolah. Antigonus passed down the tradition to Yose ben Yoezer and Yose ben Yochanan, who passed it down to Yehoshua ben Perachiah and Nitai haArbeli, who passed it down to Shimon ben Shetach and Yehuda ben Tabai.

This means that Shimon ben Shetach, brother of Queen Salome Alexandra, lived only three generations after Shimon haTzadik, the last of the Great Assembly.

This presents a problem since, according to traditional Jewish dating, the Great Assembly was about 300 years before the rule of Salome. (It is even more problematic according to secular dating, which calculates nearly 500 years!)

It is highly unlikely that three generations of consecutive sages could span over 300 years.

If you continue reading that post, he makes a good case that ‘Shimon HaTzaddik’ is actually one and the same as the Maccabee ‘Shimon Thassi’, one of the sons of Matthias who led the revolt against the Greeks, and the first ruler of the Hasmonean State of Israel.

Shimon the Maccabee was one of the instigators of the revolt against the Greeks and their Hellenism.

He was the son of Matityahu, a religious, traditional priest, who fled Jerusalem when it was taken over by Hellenizers (as we quoted above, I Maccabees 2:1). Shimon was certainly aligned with the traditional Pharisees, and it was only his grandson Alexander Yannai who turned entirely to the more Hellenized Sadducees and began persecuting the Pharisees.

Here’s another very interesting snippet from that post:

Shimon continued to pass down the tradition, not to his son Yochanan—who was swayed by the Greeks and became John Hyrcanus—but to his student Antigonus. (Depending on how one reads Avot, it is possible that Yose ben Yoezer and Yose ben Yochanan were also direct students of Shimon haTzadik.)

Point is… .these are all Kohanim.

And another point is, that as the Sadducees didn’t believe in the Oral Law, and didn’t believe in an after life, their main focus of Jewish religious life was essentially the Temple and the land of Israel.

And again, most of these ‘Sadducees’ were Kohanim….

That point cannot be stressed enough, as we continue tracing all these dodgy ‘kohanim’ down the generations, who have given us so many false messiahs – including Shabtai HaCohen Shach – and who have continued trying to ‘break down the walls’ between Jew and gentile, and attack Rabbinic Judaism that does believe in the Oral Law.

THAT’s why there is such a focus on regaining the Land of Israel… above all other commandments and Torah laws.

OK, last thing for today.

It has to do with that number ‘666’, associated with the ‘Mark of the Beast’ that is found in the Book of Revelations, and that the xtians like to keep throwing at the Jews.

The book of Revelation was written by one ‘John of Ephesus’, that Goldenthal claims was a pen name for Lazarus, the guy that Yoshki 2 ‘brought back from the dead’ – and possibly also had homosexual relations with.

Lazarus became Yoshki 2’s ‘most beloved disciple’, but he was definitely a Jewish-Christian who was AGAINST the path being taken by Saul / Paul of Tarsus, to separate nascent xtianity totally from Judaism.

According to Goldenthal, 666 in Revelations was actually spelt out in Hebrew letters (as this was before the time of Arabic numerals).

Here’s some edited snippets from Goldenthal:

The letters….[for the number ‘666’] spell out a word, Tarsu, or the Tarsus of the Roman world. Clearly the man Tarsus is [John of Ephesus’] greatest threat.

Who is ‘Tarsus’?

It’s Saul / Paul of Tarsus, the guy who started up a new branch of xtianity, and the version that was adopted by the Roman Empire and Roman Catholic Church.

To put this another way, ‘666’ refers to gentile xtianity itself!!!

As clearly written in the Book of Revelations.

There’s always more to say, but let’s leave it there for now.

As usual, so very much to think about here.

But there is nothing new under the sun.

And the same people who were making trouble for us 2,000 years ago, are still making the same trouble for us now.

But we’re finally starting to unmask them.

For some reason, I wrote that title with Ashkenazi spelling…

On Friday night, I had a little taste of geula.

An English-speaker from Rav Berland’s community called me up, and asked me if he could come for Shabbos, with two friends.

I thought about it for a mo, then told him Sure!

Why did I think about it for a mo?

Because I knew my kids would be home for Shabbat, and in the past, they have been fairly ‘anti’ people from Shuvu Banim.

When we lived in Musrara, 7-8 years ago, we tried to invite some of the English-speaking kehilla who were hanging out at the Rav, but it was hard on the kids.

They were going through their rebellious teenage stage, and here were a bunch of people who preferred the women and men to sit and separate tables, and who were often wearing shawls.

One time we went to my husband’s then chevruta for Sukkot, and there were two tables – one for men and one for women – with a mechitzah dividing them. I watched my then 14 year old stab the plastic table cloth into shreds with her fork, and I knew she wasn’t happy….

That was before all the controversy about the Rav erupted full-force.

Once that happened, my kids and their dati leumi friends got very ‘anti’ for a while.

There I was, writing and researching books about what had really happened with the Rav that showed it was all made up out of whole cloth, and writing long screeds on my blog trying to explain the truth of what had really happened to other people.

And in the meantime, me and my husband had about two years where we couldn’t even mention the words ‘Rav Berland’ without setting off World War 3 with our kids and their friends.

It was a very challenging time.

About two years ago, something fundamental started to change in the equation.

I think probably it was triggered off by ‘Covid 19’, when my kids started to understand that a lot of the things I’d been telling them about just how corrupt the State of Israel really was, actually were true.

And then Ahuvya Sandek was killed, deliberately, when the police car chasing his ‘flipped’ the car he was in by expertly ramming it, and the police officers involved just stood there for 40 minutes and watched, while Ahuvya slowly died from the injuries he sustained by being crushed underneath the car.

From that point on, both my kids were firmly of the view that the police in Israel were ‘anti religious Jews’ – and capable of doing even the most evil things.

Slowly, slowly, they started wanting to discuss more about what had really happened with the Rav, and while I wouldn’t say they are raging Rav fans even now, they have a lot more respect for him and his kehilla – and also for their parents, for being associated with it.

This was the first time in years we were having out-of-the-closet ‘Rav people’ for Shabbat, and I hoped it was going to be OK.

I went to the Rav Friday night, walked back – and I could hear a strange American voice coming from the couch.

My kids were talking to someone one of them had met in the Shuk, an American 20 year old who was touring across Israel for a month before going back to university in the States.

Long story short: She was touring around with the ‘Green Olive’ tour company, had been to places like Ramallah and other areas where she had apparently been tear-gassed by the IDF, was a card-carrying member of J-Street – and the rainbow straps of her backpack clued me in that there was other stuff going on here, too.

But she was actually very nice, very respectful, and was happy to be challenged (gently) on her opinions.

She also made me laugh, when she told me that Jews for Jesus had set up a ‘free coffee’ shop on her campus to missionise to the Jewish students there, and that she and her friend were taking them to task for ‘cultural misappropriation of the Jewish identity’.

I still have no idea about the three guys who are coming for Shabbat, and how all this is going to jive with the ‘anti-Zionist’ J-streeter with rainbow straps who bluntly stated she didn’t believe in God.

But it for sure was going to be an interesting night.

Long story short: It was one of the most special Friday nights I think I’ve ever had.

Not because people were hiding what they really thought or think, and being all fake ‘politically correct’.

Everyone was saying exactly what they thought, about a range of hugely ‘controversial’ topics – and everyone around the table was still respecting the other person, even though they often violently disagreed with what they were saying.

One of my guests told us the story of his near-death experience, that happened around 5-6 years ago, when he was caught in a fire in Jerusalem.

He wasn’t burnt – at all – but he inhaled smoke, and it nearly killed him. In fact, it did kill him – he had a clinical death for 20 minutes.

He told us that during that time, he was being judged in the heavenly court by three rabbis: Rav Dov Kook of Tiveria, Rav Chaim Dovid Stern of Bnei Brak, and the head of the beis din was the Rav, Rabbi Berland.

The Rav stood up in shemayim, and decreed that he should go from mavet (death) to chaim!!! (life).

(Tachlis, someone also paid a pidyon nefesh for him, and the Rav himself came to pray for him at the hospital, as well, but the bottom line is that he recovered, fully, and without any negative side effects from being clinically dead for 20 minutes….Amazing.)

My guest also gave over a couple of other things that he ‘got shown’ when he was technically dead.

It’s difficult to grasp that.

But when someone who has been dead for 20 minutes tell you that’s what he saw – you believe him.

Another thing he said is that it really is an ‘upside down world’, and the people who we look down on the most in this world are usually the holiest people.

We diss other people for being less learned… less ‘observant’…for not living in Israel…or maybe, for living in Israel…for serving in the IDF… for not serving in the IDF…for learning full time in yeshiva…for not learning full time in yeshiva…for going to Uman for Rosh Hashanah…for not going to Uman for Rosh Hashanah….

What do we know, really?

There are for sure evil people in the world doing a bunch of evil things, but most of the people you and I know in our day-to-day lives are actually mostly just doing their best to try to figure things out and ‘do the right thing’.

Even though of course, so many of us have some very strange ideas these days about what ‘the right thing’ actually is, thanks to all the deliberate inversion of moral values and confusion being sown all around.

That Friday night gave me a lot of hope that the Jewish people are going to pull together, and really pull through the madness that is currently prevailing in the world.

Do I agree with J-Street philosophy?

Can I still see the good in my ‘J-Street’ guest, as she tours the poor Palestinians and decries the actions of the IDF?

Yes, I can.

And for her part, she sat through a three hour meal with a bunch of religious Jews, including a large percentage of ‘Shuvu Banim’ talking openly about some of the miracles they’ve witnessed first hand from Rav Berland.

Who’s Rav Berland, and why is he so controversial?

She asked me.

Go and look him up afterwards, I told him.

But just know that most of what you read is based on a bunch of media lies.

Achdus is the name of the game.

Achdus, where we continue to respect the other person, even when violently disagreeing with some of their ideas. Where we continue to recognise the good parts that still exist in the other person, while not ignoring the ‘bad’, or stuff we don’t like.

And where we don’t put our fellow Jew in the ‘enemy’ camp, just because they tell us things we don’t like to hear, challenge our assumptions, or believe things that we don’t.

That was the taste of geula I got on Friday night.

And I’m hoping that it’s going to take root in a bunch more places now, going forward, not least on the blog.

Shabbos day, one of my kids came over to me and told me:

I really enjoyed it yesterday. Please invite more people from Shuvu Banim for Shabbos.

What can I tell you?

Moshiach must almost be here, mamash.

The Israeli Ministry of Health deliberately covered up the vaccine injuries being caused by the Covid shots.

If that’s news to you, you must be a new reader of the blog – welcome!

But the chiddush here is that now, more official information is coming out to show that this cover-up really did happen, and can no longer be excused or ‘waved away’ as the delusional rantings of conspiracy theorists.

I just got sent a link to Steve Kirsch’s latest Substack newsletter, HERE.

It’s entitled:

My correspondent is worried that this is the opening salvo in blaming ‘the Jews’ for the carnage being caused by the Covid 19 shots, and she may well be right.

We know that DARPA and the US military is behind the roll-out of these Covid shots world-wide – and the only question is who is DARPA and the US military really taking their orders from, which I guess will be clearly answered at some point.

But in the meantime, we also know that Israel is the ‘poodle’ of the Americans, so of course DARPA / US military was very happy to use Israel as their guinea pigs, not least because Israel is a highly-controlled police state with a heavily-censored press, and also so many of us still trusted our government, and still blindly obeyed ‘authority’, both secular and religious, to take these accursed nano-tech shots.

So DARPA / US Military set up the Jewish state / Jews generally to be the fall guy for the Covid 19 shots, right from the start.

That’s why ‘Jews’ like Albert Bourla were hand-picked to lead Pfizer, and why Walensky is the head of the CDC.

To name but two examples.

But let’s get back to Kirsch’s source material.

Here’s the links contained in his ‘References’ section:

Here are the key sources, without getting into Kirsch’s own analysis:

  1. Josh Guetzkow’s excellent summary article

  2. The definitive article on the corruption by Yaffa Shir-Raz
  3. Safe and Effective” by Etana Hecht. If Etana can figure this out, why can’t any Israeli authority?
  4. The Yaffa tweet (10 tweet long thread) by Yaffa Shir-Raz. Retsef Levi forwarded me just this tweet and you can see my reaction was instant and immediate when I read the thread:

5. The GB News segment on August 20, 2022 where Neil Oliver interviewsYaffa and Retsef. The Rumble post was published on Aug 28, but as you can see from this tweet that the news came out on August 20. What is also stunning is how little the reaction was (only 427 retweets and 912 likes after 2 weeks).

6. This 4 minute video exposing the MoH report which shows what the scientists actually said at the secret meeting. The scientists proved Pfizer lied to the FDA about the side effects. This video is only 4 minutes long and everyone should watch this. It has the statements showing that in 65% of the neurological cases, the problems didn’t resolve.

7. This one minute clip from the Zoom call shows the researchers requesting that Sharon be informed. There is assurance from the MoH attendees that they will make this happen.

8. This two minute clip shows Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis assuring the public the vaccines are safe for women juxtaposed with the video of the researchers saying the vaccines are causing damage to women’s reproductive organs that in some cases doesn’t end. They are also pointing out that re-challenge results in the same problem coming back which is evidence of causality, especially when it happens in many patients. Remember, the researchers didn’t know they were being recorded. They would have never said this if they knew they were on camera.

9. The public MoH report (in Hebrew) that essentially said “nothing to see here folks, move along.” Here is the machine-translated version of the public report in English.

And here’s Yaffa Shir-Raz’s original Tweets, which tell the whole story:

And HERE is where you can see Dr Yaffa Shir-Raz’s full expose, in English, about how the Israeli MoH deliberately lied to the Israeli public about the safety of these Covid shots.

In an internal Zoom meeting in early June, the recording of which was leaked to the press, Prof. Berkowitz warned MOH seniors that they should think carefully how to present his study’s findings to the public, since they completely contradict the MOH’s claims that serious side effects are rare, short term and transient.

After analyzing the reports received over a period of 6 months, the research team found that many serious side effects were in fact long-term, including ones not listed by Pfizer, and establish causal relations with the vaccine.

Yet, instead of publishing the findings transparently to the public, the MOH withheld them for nearly two months, and when it finally released an official report, it misrepresented and manipulated the findings, minimizing the extent of reports, and stating that no new adverse events (“signals”) were found, and that the events that were detected were not necessarily caused by the vaccine, even though the researchers themselves said the exact opposite..

Here’s the 4 minute expose on Rumble, with both Hebrew / English subtitles and voice overs:

And here’s the recent interview that Dr Yaffa did with ‘GBNews’, in English.

(Notwithstanding the strong Scots’ accent….)

This is very informative, and sums up what is going on very succinctly and professionally – a perfect instance of ‘following the science’, in fact.

That will do, for now.

This is now moving firmly out of the realm of ‘conspiracy theory’ into ‘proven fact’.

Things are about to get interesting.

Let’s continue trying to thresh out what is really going on here.

My correspondent, M., sent me a dozen more emails and asked me to put his arguments up here. I have no problem doing that – minus most of the personal insults he’s freely peppering his discourse with – because trying to clarify what God really wants from us is what this is really all about.

And while we’re on that subject, let’s also point out that disagreeing strongly with someone else, with their view, their path, doesn’t mean we then have to put the other person in the ‘enemy’ camp.

I can disagree with you – strongly! – and still respect you as a person, and still see that you are still full of good, and do a lot of good, and have a lot of good things to say.

OK, now let’s dive back in to M.’s arguments, in italics. My responses will be underneath, in regular font.

So therefore because ur not ok with wounded and dead arabs who refuse to leave we have to continue to suffer yidden maimed and murdered for the rest of human history until Moshiach comes. You fulfill the maxim of the gemora…

“Those who are merciful to the cruel will in the end become cruel to the merciful…”

There’s a few assumptions that need clearing up here.

The POINT is that using violence to try to get Arab residents to leave Eretz Yisrael against their will wouldn’t work to solve the problem on a number of levels, for a number of reasons.

Let’s walk through what would really happen, if someone was stupid enough to try this approach.

> There would be an  all-out war in Eretz Yisrael, because the Arabs wouldn’t just sit there quietly while their neighbors in Jaffa or Lod were moved out at gun point.

There would be rockets landing in Israel from Gaza, from Lebanon, from Syria, maybe even the Iranians would join in with their fabled nuke…

So tachlis, this approach would end up with way more Jews wounded and dead – and still wouldn’t solve the problem.

And there’s another issue here, which is that countries like the USA, the UK and the EU are really behind all the Arab violence in Israel.

The terrorists are just puppets on a string.

Hamas was literally created by the State of Israel.

So, who is the real ‘enemy’ here?

Rav Nachman says Moshiach will bring peace without having to fire a single shot huh…?

Well someone infinitely greater than him, the Rambam wrote in Hilchut Melachim Perek 11… that one of the qualifications of Moshiach ben David as to how he will prove that he’s the real deal… the genuine article is by fighting the wars necessary to liberate the land and people of israel… bring back all of the exiled yidden from the four corners of the earth and if it isn’t already built before his arrival then he will build the third and final bayit…

Rav Nachman didn’t know this Rambam…?

Of course Rebbe Nachman knew this Rambam.

The point is, that he’s teaching that Moshiach ben David will do all this without firing a shot.

Let’s go back to Moshe Rabbenu, and how the Jews left Egypt and overcome Pharoah and his army.

The whole thing was miraculous, from start to finish. Millions of ‘bad’ people died in Egypt (including many of the Jews themselves, who didn’t want to leave galut and refused to believe that Moshe Rabbenu was the ticket out of Egypt…)

Pharoah’s army was totally wiped out at the Reed Sea.

And Moshe Rabbenu didn’t fire a shot.

All this was accomplished with prayer and the Jewish people’s sincere teshuva and emuna in Hashem, AND His prophet Moshe.

We’re taught that the redemption from Egypt is the ‘blueprint’ for the final redemption, too. What Rebbe Nachman is describing is a repeat of what occurred with Moshe Rabbenu, nothing more, and nothing less.

Why is that so hard to accept?

So let me get this straight… according to you when Hashem sent Shmuel Hanavi to tell Shaul HaMelech to go to war and wipe out Amalek Shaul was correct in his not wanting to do so as described in the Medrashim surrounding the incident and Hashem was wrong to order it because violence and vengeance is for Hashem’s purview and only in His domain to do by Himself because when human beings get involved in waging war it is dirty and messy and in the human scope of things solely the province of Esav HaRasha… the level of sheer absurdity here is beyond all measurement and is truly ludicrous…

This argument is a straw man.

I’ve said repeatedly that when a prophet ordained by God – like Moshe Rabbenu, like Shmuel HaNavi – says that God wants certain people killed, then it’s obviously what you do, because doing what God wants is a mitzvah.

But we have no ‘prophets ordained by God’ to tell us this stuff today.

The time of prophecy ended 2,000 years ago.

And as I keep stressing here, we have no idea who the ‘real enemy’ is, as the Arabs are just the stick in the hands of the real power behind the throne.

As more and more people wake up to understand that the ‘real enemy’ are the elites above us, who keep orchestrating and planning all these wars, and fuelling all this hatred between ordinary people, it makes the question of waging war between ordinary people moot. And when the ‘divide and conquer’ strategy fails, that’s when we can really start to focus on where all this evil is actually coming from, and deal with the problem at its source.

Your arguments ring hollow and are so shallow and so untenable that they cannot even begin to approach an answer to these and the other challenges I have put up to u which so far u refuse to air… i urge u to post my responses so far in order to facilitate the debate back and forth… u didn’t include any of my arguments based on t’nach… nor does your logic explain why David fought so many wars… nor does it indicate what the Chashmanoiim should have done other than resort to violence and revolution to throw off their evil oppressors’ yoke and win back their freedom to observe mitzvot… nor do u even come close to explaining how the purim story would have concluded had Mordechai and Esther blew kisses at Haman and his Amalaki minions instead of going out and killing them all…

OK, let’s go through the examples my correspondent gave of where war is mentioned in the Torah and Tanach.

  1. Avraham fighting the Kings to free his nephew Lot (see Lech Lecha 14 1-25).
  2. Hashem’s command to destroy the 7 Caananite nations, when the Jews were about to conquer Eretz Yisrael
  3. Shmuel HaNavi’s command to Shaul to destroy the nation of Amalek.
  4. King David fighting his wars against the Philistines.
  5. The Chashmonaim fighting against the Greeks (which included huge amounts of Hellenised Jews.)
  6. The Purim story.

The first thing to say, again, is that whenever God tells you to do something, or His anointed prophet tells you to do something, you do it.

No-one is arguing with that, at all. But that’s not the situation that we find ourselves in, in 2022. We have no ‘prophets’ to tell us what to do, and we have a military and police force that is 100% controlled by reshaim.

Also, if you look at all these ‘wars’ we find they were all miraculous.

It wasn’t the ‘guns’ that won the war, it was the prayers and the miracles.

We saw the same thing here in Eretz Yisrael, during the Six Day War and also the Yom Kippur War – but the miracles took a while to kick in, in 1973, and almost 3,000 Israelis died as a result, when the nation was just ‘relying on its guns’.

And there is a huge difference morally between a war of defense, a defensive action where you are protecting yourself from other people’s violence and aggression, and an offensive action to go out and kill people stam.

And lastly for now in this go round… is the Ohr HaChayim HaKodesh who wrote about Shimon’s and Levi’s response to Yakov’s objection to their deed in wiping out Ir Shechem for practical considerations not moral ones… Yakov never said they committed an unwarranted atrocity… he just said I am few in number and now you have put us all in danger vis a vis the Cnaani nations surrounding us…

They said back… “hak’zonah naseh achoteinu…” “should we have then allowed them to turn our sister into a harlot.. ?”

The medresh says here they said… “the waters were murky (or muddy) and we cleared them up…”

Meaning the Ohr HaChayim says (paraphrase) (look it up)… “Yakov was incorrect… had the two brothers not done what they did to punish them for what they had done to dina it would have been open season on B’nai Yisroel and everywhere they would have gone all of them would have been easy pickings had they not put an end to the notion that they were weak and intimidated by the sheer force and numbers of these goyim… their courageous act put the fear of G-d in them and thus overawed they left the family alone and gave them an extremely wide birth…”

The discussion we are having now is still motivated 100% by practical considerations.

Practically, the idea that the Jewish nation can just shoot our way out of our problems, or ‘forcibly remove’ Arabs from Eretz Yisrael at gun point, is a non-starter – for so many different reasons!

It doesn’t work in the real world.

It never worked in the real world.

THAT is the point.

Let’s say you try and do that now, what happens next?

Thousands of rockets from Gaza, rockets from Lebanon and Syria, and a nuke from Iran lands on your doorstep….

And the West will just sit there egging it all on, because the Jews acted in a way that shows ‘they deserved it’…. Talk about another holocaust.

PRACTICALLY, Rav Kahane’s ideas for how you solve Eretz Yisrael’s problems don’t work.

So clearly, there has to be another way of solving those problems.

As Rav Meir always said… “i don’t want love from the goyim… I want respect and fear if possible…” also… “I much prefer a strong and virile Israel that is strong and hated by the entire world than an Auschwitz which is loved and memorialized and cried over…” to wit I can only say amen… truth.out…

Really, who cares what Rav Meir ‘wants’?

The question – the only question – is what does God want?

By God, we aren’t stuck in limited paradigms where military violence is the only solution to our problems.

God has so many ways of resolving our issues…. Millions and millions of different ways of resolving our issues in the best possible way.

Once the Jewish people really comes back to Hashem, really comes back to having yirat shemayim, really comes back to having emuna, and eradicates the sinat chinam that has been plaguing us for 2,000 years, already, then God will show us what those solutions really are.

It’s possible that at that point, a prophet will arise and tell us to go to war in the traditional sense. But it’s more likely, judging by our previous experience, that God will arrange for our enemies to disappear miraculously.

Maybe, He’ll take a few hundred men with shofars and tell them to walk seven times around the UN building, or the Knesset, until the whole thing falls down by itself.

Maybe, He’ll arrange for millions of our enemies to be supernaturally-electrocuted in their sleep, as happened to Sanncherib’s army when it was besieging Jerusalem at the time of King Hezekiah.

Who knows?

The last thing I wanted to mention here, is that our Temple got destroyed at the hands of a bunch of people who were making exactly the same arguments we are hearing here.

Here’s what my correspondent came back with:

Doesn’t matter that prophecy ended a long time ago… Rav Meir teaches we have the Torah commandments of war and vengeance to follow… these are mitzvot meaning Divine orders and commandments… precise halachot no different than those of shabbos and kashrus…

Rav Meir also taught that we have the precedent of all those events by our holy ancestors to follow their lead as he says their deeds serve and function as “a light unto our feet…”

So we don’t have to have prophets to know what to do… we already have been shown the true Torah path…

Here’s my correspondent’s last word (for now….)

When the Rambam writes of milchemet mitzvah he lists three of them which comprise the mitzvah…

Only the war against Amalek requires prior prophetic prompting and impetus the other two do not… the one to clear out the 7 Canaani nations and the other one to rally to defend Eretz Yisroel from an invading army… both of which do not need prophecy as they are already commanded and are absolutely and irrefutably logical and eminently common sense self defense actions….

Just substitute the present Arab nation for the canaanim the zayin amamim… as both the Ramban and the Abarbanel teach and instruct…

You’re just going to ‘substitute’ the Palestinians for the Seven Canaanite nations on your own say-so, and go ahead and commit a genocide on that basis?

In fact the Ramban adds a fourth milchemet mitzvah to the Rambam’s list… and it is a third one that requires no further nevuah due to its precedent setting establishment in Parshat Mattot… wars of vengeance as Hashem commanded Moshe to carry out against the Midyanim for what they caused their daughters to do to us at Shitim by the averah of Ba’al Peor…

The Ramban says this is yet another category of milchemet mitzvah for all time on the books to render back to the goyim who attack us with mida k’neged mida action brought down upon them by our military… the avenging army of every chillul Hashem wrought against our honor and ergo axiomatically simultaneously wrought against the glory and kavod of Hashem whom we rep upon earth… read it and weep because this is true authentic torah judaism and nothing else is…

Rav Nachman and Rav Berland teach hippiekeit mores not Torah law.

Tachlis, Rebbe Nachman’s teachings have helped hundreds of thousands of Jews to develop a real relationship with Hashem, and to start having more emuna and humility.

Tachlis, Rav Berland’s teachings have also helped thousands and thousands of Jews – including yours truly – to recognise that there is no excuse for bad middot like arrogance, hatred, vengeance and anger.

Tachlis, that ‘hippiekeit’ got 25,000 people coming together in person to pray for the welfare of Am Yisrael a few days ago, at the Mearat HaMachpelah.

And it will get hopefully tens of thousands of people to Uman for Rosh Hashana, to ‘sweeten the judgements’ hanging over our nation there, for the coming year 5783.

These are real, concrete achievements (and let’s be clear, I’m totally understating the true, positive impact of Rabbenu and Rav Berland on the Jewish world today.)

As I said above, we can disagree with each other, but still respect each other.

Or at least, that’s the path I’m trying to follow.

That’s the path of achdut, that’s the path of continuing to see the good points in people who have some funny ideas we might not agree with, or even violently disagree with.

If that’s ‘hippiekeit’, then so be it.

That hippiekeit is giving me a good relationship with my husband and kids, it’s encouraging me to work on overcoming my bad middot, it’s helping me to tolerate differences of opinion, and its motivating me to pray sincerely for God to remove the evil from the world, because I see that guns is not the answer.

And if that’s all it ever does… dayenu.

As you might expect, the last post hit a nerve with a few people.

It’s inevitable that when we’re discussing important ideas, cherished beliefs about the best way forward for the Jewish people, wherever they might live, that passions will be stoked and tempers may occasionally flare.

A few days ago, I asked my husband to pick me up another one of the Rav’s prayer booklets called Kabbalat Bizyonot (‘to recieve humiliation’)

When I remind myself that all the yucky comments I get are 1) usually deserved and 2) paying down my many sins, that’s when I can continue writing things and exploring important subjects that will probably trigger an avalanche of yucky comments, without getting too upset or defensive about it.

Bezrat Hashem.

Some of those comments came over email from someone who I still respect a lot, who identifies himself as a follower of the late R’ Meir Kahane.

He lives in chul, and he strongly dislikes the State of Israel.

Here is a little of our email exchange, which I will keep anonymous as the point is to not try to embarrass or attack him back, God forbid, but just to explore some of the very important issues that came up as a result, here on the blog.

It began with the verdict the Supreme Court handed down, rejecting the appeal of Amiram ben Uliel.

We were all upset about this enormous miscarriage of justice, but my correspondent then decided to springboard off of that, to start attacking the Breslov belief in prayer and personal teshuva being the main ‘weapon’ in the ongoing fight against evil.

Here’s a little of what he said, paraphrased to respect his anonymity:

You finally have to admit that dancing and clapping and jumping up and down and reciting endless Tikkun Klalis is just not going to be enough.

It’s just not strong enough to get the job done all by itself in order to take down and permanently remove the thoroughly evil Erev Rav once and for all.

And I just know that had Amiram prevailed yesterday, you were going to ascribe credit to your Rav and to Rav Nachman had Amiram prevailed yesterday.

You would have said that their approach, their derech had “sweetened all of the dinim” for Amiram.

But now perhaps you clearly see how crucially we need a war and a revolution –  a physical one not just a spiritual one.

Rabbi Kahane was right!!! The path of David HaMelech, Shmuel HaNavi and the Chashmonaim is the correct approach and is the only way to go, going forward…

“Tremendous faith in the Al-mighty and a truly strong Jewish army is the true and only path to the geulah shelaymah…” Rav Meir Kahane H”yd.

We’ll come on to the question of whether Rav Meir Kahane ‘was right’ in a moment.

First, let’s set out what Rebbe Nachman says about how geula shleimah really occurs:

Mashiach will conquer the entire world without firing a single bullet.

Siach Sarfey Kodesh 1-67

So we see, there is a profound contrast between what Rebbe Nachman is teaching, and what the late R’ Kahane taught.

Who is right?

Let’s see if we can tease that out a bit more.

Before I got into Breslov, when I first moved to Israel 17 years ago, I read a few books by R Kahane, including Uncomfortable Questions for Comfortable Jews.

He argued the case about the corruption of the State of Israel very eloquently. When it came to stating the problems in Israel, I think it’s fair to say that R Kahane was 100% right.

Here’s an example of where R Kahane was right:

“Democracy and Judaism are not the same thing.”

In our days, it’s obvious that ‘democracy’ is an illusion, as our puppet politicians are bought and sold by the real powers behind the throne to progress policies and ideas that are increasingly against what’s best for the people.

Covid 19 and ‘climate change’ policies made that blindingly obvious.

When it comes to discussing the ‘solution’ to our problems and issues in Israel, it seems to me that R Kahane was wrong.

Let’s explore why.

What did R Kahane advocate, as being the ‘solution’ to Israel’s problems?

Let’s go through the main ideas.

He wanted an “exchange of populations”, where the Arab citizens of the State of Israel and the newly-acquired territories of YESHA would be bused out of Israel.

The following is a quote from Uncomfortable Questions for Comfortable Jews (p.250):

All Arabs who are prepared to accept the State of Israel as the exclusive state of the Jewish people and of no one else, will be allowed to remain in the land with the status of “resident stranger”, as per Jewish laws.

They will be granted personal rights, but no national ones. They will have general economic, social, cultural, and religious freedom, but will not be citizens of the Jewish State and will have nothing to say in its future in any way.

Accepting this status, they are welcome to remain, and are entitled to all the respect and decency that Judaism demands we grant to all humans who are resident strangers in our land and who bow to its laws and concepts.

In theory, it sounded like a possible solution.

In practise – it was totally unworkable. Here’s what R Kahane suggested should happen to Arab citizens of Israel who weren’t happy to become ‘resident strangers’ (from his book ‘They Must Go’):

Those who refuse to accept noncitizen status shall be compensated for property, but not given a bonus, and shall be transferred only to Arab – not Western – lands. The transfer shall be effected peacefully, if possible, but if the Arab still refuses, then forcibly and without compensation.

Tachlis, which Arab country was going to accept these people?

Where was the money meant to come from, to pay for all this?

And let’s just think about what it really means, what it really would have looked like, to ‘forcibly’ move millions of Arabs out of Israel.

That means using violence to get these people out of their homes, and onto buses, somehow.

That, in turns, would have meant lots of dead and wounded people.

Are you comfortable with this scenario, tachlis?

Because I’m definitely not.

So, it’s a theoretical idea, but tachlis, it was never a real, workable solution.

Back in the 1948 war, God did an open miracle, and many of the Arab residents of Israel ran away from the country under their own steam, urged on by their own leaders to leave while the Arab forces conquered Israel and massacred all the Jews here.

That happened in a few places, most notably Tsfat, which today still has no obvious Arab population.

When God does things, miraculously, they result in a lasting bracha.

And miracles like this occur when the Jewish people pray and make some sincere teshuva, especially about their own bad middot, lack of emuna and arrogance, thinking that we run the world instead of understanding that Ein Od Milvado.

Another key ‘prong’ of R Kahane’s approach was the ‘tooth for a tooth’ reaction to Arab violence against Jews.

Here’s a direct quote from him:

“I approve of anybody who commits such acts of violence. Really, I don’t think that we can sit back and watch Arabs throwing rocks at buses whenever they feel like it. They must understand that a bomb thrown at a Jewish bus is going to mean a bomb thrown at an Arab bus.”

That actually happened.

Some of his followers attacked a bus full of Palestinians ‘in retaliation’ for Arab violence and went to prison for it, to give just one example of this idealogy in action.

Let’s ask the question: Is this behaviour halachically acceptable?

I’m not a posek, but I still know that Jewish law operates on the basis of the guilty parties being punished for their crimes after their case is heard in a beit din, and the evidence of their guilt is presented.

If a particular Arab throws a stone at a particular bus – go and find the Arab, hear his case, and deal with him as the halacha mandates we should.

But to just go out and start ‘throwing stones’ at Arab buses randomly?

How is that meant to help, tachlis?

All it does it create more ‘victims of violence’ with more grudges against the other side, who in turn also want ‘vengeance’.

It’s a recipe for permanent war and violent unrest.

There has to be a better way.

Where did R Kahane’s approach actually lead, tachlis?

He himself was murdered in cold blood, after he was repeatedly persecuted by the security establishment and banned from participating in the Knesset on the grounds that his policies were ‘rascist’.

His son and daughter-in-law were also gunned down by ‘terrorists’ who almost certainly were cut-outs for the State of Israel.

The State also used the caricature of the ‘violent, gun-toting Kahanists’ as their fig leaf when they were arranging the massacre at the Mearat HaMachpelah, which was blamed on Baruch Goldstein.

And then again, they hid behind that fig leaf when they murdered Rabin then blamed it on their own agent provacateur Yigal Amir.

And let’s bring this bang-up-date: the so-called ‘Price Tag’ movement is what enabled the State to blame the Dumah massacre on the Hill Top Youth, and to justify torturing confessions out of people like Amiram ben Uliel.

We can’t beat ‘Esav’ at his own game, of using violence to achieve an outcome.

The State was super-happy to have a bunch of gun-toting ‘religious settlers’ show up, that it could then use to demonize the whole movement, while the State carried on committing atrocities in their name that it then used to smear these ‘settlers’ even more.

The Hill Top Youth are still being persecuted, tortured and even killed today, in the name of ‘national security’.

It’s all part of the ‘divide and conquer’ strategy being used to keep good Jews at each others throats here, while the forces of evil continue to rule us.

So, how does more violence solve our problems in Israel?

If you look at what’s happened already, it should be clear that more violence doesn’t solve any problem, it just complicates the situation even more.

Why is this?

Because God has set things up, that we will have Arab terrorists to deal with, and ongoing threats of war and nukes to deal with, until we really make sincere teshuva and come back to Hashem wholeheartedly.

Rav Berland has said repeatedly, that all the terrorists and Nazis and Al Qaidas – they are all just created from our own sins.

If we make teshuva, then the terrorists and Nazis will disappear all by themselves.

Here’s another more recent statement from the Rav, from the prayer gathering in Hevron last week, that around 25,000 people attended (!)

One doesn’t need any weapon, doesn’t need the army, doesn’t need anything!

The moment that we go with the Tikkun HaKlali, then we conquer – “and the toil of nations they inherited” (Tehilim 15:44) — we conquer the whole world!!

And this year, may we merit to a complete redemption, speedily in our days, Amen

Let’s end with my email correspondent’s view of this approach (paraphrased).

I’m afraid your view of Torah-true Judaism is rather jaundiced by a galut-ridden mentality beaten into us by the goyim for 2000 yrs.

Rav Binyamin Kahane writes in the end of his Haggadah of the jewish idea that the greatest kiddush Hashem there could ever be is not just for Hashem to do all the avenging for us and to make His name great once again throughout the world.

Greater still would be the witnessing of that same people who had been ground down under the boot of its oppressors for all of history and for them to arise and shockingly give back to the nations a little taste of their own medicine… mida kneged mida.

Nothing could be more fitting or higher than that level of standing up for Hashem’s honor in the world and avenging our own.

I totally disagree.

Vengeance is the Lord’s.

Violence, klei Hamas,  is the craft of Esav.

And personally, I find it very hard to believe that having a bunch of Jews ‘nuking Gaza’ – or Iran – or throwing stones at Arab buses, or using violence to mass-deport Arab citizens out of Israel would look like a ‘kiddush Hashem’  to anyone.

We ‘stand up for Hashem’s honor’ by spreading His light in the world, and showing that ‘nature’ doesn’t exist, Ein Od Milvado, not by jack-booting all over the place and shooting people down.

Again, I am not speaking against the memory of R Meir Kahane as an individual.

I know he inspired a lot of people, and I don’t know enough about what was really going on to have an opinion either way.

This is a discussion of his ideas, his ideology.

And at least for me personally, I can’t see that his main ideas could ever really have been workable solutions, in the real world, to the problems we face as a nation.

So call me a follower of a ‘galut-ridden, xtian-inspired, medieval superstitious’ version of Judaism all you want, when I say I prefer ‘God’ to ‘guns’.

But if you look tachlis at where the violent, hate-filled approach to solving our problems actually led, my ‘medieval superstition’ still looks like the better option – by a long way.

I’m very happy to discuss these ideas respectfully here on the blog, and I think it’s very useful that we air out these different approaches to resolving our problems, as a people.

But PLEASE try and avoid attacking me personally, or resorting to insults instead of dealing with the real questions raised in this post.

I know this stuff gets people very hot under the collar, but if you think I’m wrong, please stick to pointing out where you think the error lies, instead of having a go at me for being a terrible example of humanity.

One idea that keeps getting sent my way is that we should somehow stage a ‘violent revolution’ against the powers-that-be.

If I was an unbelieving non-Jew, who really just viewed the whole world as some big ‘shoot out’ with the guy with the biggest gun winning, then maybe that would be something that would interest me.

But I’m not.

I’m a believing Jew, and I believe that God runs the world.

And I also believe that all the ‘evil’ we have to encounter in our lives, both on the national and personal levels, is only powered by our own sins.

We make teshuva, properly, and come back to Hashem, sincerely – all these ‘problems’ disappear by themselves.

But a lot of people don’t like that idea.

Even in the Jewish world, a lot of us are still believing that ‘acting like Esav’, and using guns and violence to ‘eliminate evil’ is the only way to go.

I cannot disagree with that idea strongly enough.

Where did using guns and violence to ‘resolve our problems’ really get us, as a people?

It landed us in a country where violence is the only language most people speak to get their own way, and their ‘problem solved’.

And that’s why you get elbowed out of the queues by people pushing to the front, that why you get psychos screaming at you for not ‘solving their problems’ fast enough, that’s why you get people mugging others, people assaulting others, people forcing themselves on others in so many different ways, people hurting others….

All this is a version of that same idea that ‘using violence solves my problem’.

And it’s about as un-emuna – ANTI-emuna!!! – as you can get.

God is running the world.

Whatever God decides to do, He decides to do.

There is a mitzvah for me to defend myself and to ‘rise and kill first’ if someone is literally coming to kill me – but it stands to reason, it’s obvious, that if I can find ANY OTHER WAY OF DEALING WITH MY ATTACKER THAN KILLING HIM, THAT’S PREFERABLE.

Because human life is sacred.

And respecting the sanctity of human life is what really separates a truly God-fearing person from those who are cheapening, degrading and destroying human life, all around us.

What follows is an excerpt of a piece I wrote around two years ago.

It’s still relevant today.

Last week, we read the final parsha, Vayechi, in Sefer Bereishit, where Yaakov Avinu calls his sons to him for a final blessing. When he gets to Shimon and Levi, he castigates them for adopting the ‘stolen craft’ of his brother Esav. Rashi explains there:

Klei Hamas – ‘stolen tools’. This craft of murder is in their possession by theft. It is from the blessing of Esav. Yaakov admonished them, “It is his [Esav’s] craft, and you robbed him of it.”

The full verse from the Torah reads:

“Shimon and Levi are brothers, klei hamas are their weapons. Into their design may my soul not enter! With their congregation do not unite, O my honor! For in their rage they killed a man, and in their wish they hamstrung an ox. Accursed is their rage for it is mighty, and their wrath for it is harsh. I will divide them in Yaakov, and I will disperse them in Israel.”

Clearly, Yaakov Avinu is very unhappy about his sons – forbears of the Jewish people – acting like his brother Esav, and killing people left, right and centre whenever they got angry and ‘felt justified’ in doing so. This is not the Jewish way.

The voice is the voice of Yaakov – it’s the voice of prayer, the voice of emuna, the voice of knowing that God is really running the world.

Following the awful Chanuka attack in the shul in Monsey a couple of weeks ago, I was personally horrified when I saw pictures of orthodox Jews walking around toting what looked like machine guns.

Killing people is not our craft, it’s the craft of Esav. Of course, we’re meant to defend ourselves with all means possible, and to make every effort to save our life (although why moving to Israel doesn’t seem to make it on to that list is a bit of a mystery to me, I have to admit…) But there is a world of difference between discreetly arranging security for shuls, schools and Jewish neighborhoods and strutting around for the media like Moshele the Terminator.

Esav is way, way better at killing people and murdering people than we are. It’s a very dangerous game to get involved. There are somewhere between 20-25 million people in the US with white supremacist tendencies. They are Esav mamash. A lot of them have machine guns. A lot of them are just waiting for ‘Moishele the Terminator’ to cross the line and actually kill someone, even in self-defense, so they can use that as a pretext to come after Jews all over the place.

Of course, what I’m writing here also has implications for the State of Israel, and for the whole idea that the IDF and the military is what is protecting the Jews here.

This is an idea that has profound, far-reaching implications, and I certainly can’t cover off all the angles in one post. But I will say that every time I hear apparently orthodox Jews advocating for ‘carpet bombing’ Gaza, and other extremely violent acts, I shudder. Is this really how Jews are meant to act and behave? Isn’t ‘carpet bombing Gaza’ a perfect example of klei hamas? Isn’t that just what the terrorists and the neo-Nazis would love to do to us, too?

Anything that puts Jews even tangentially into the same moral space as terrorists and Nazis has to be bad, doesn’t it?

These are big questions, they need to be dealt with and discussed carefully by our qualified Sages and rabbis, and let’s be clear that in the State of Israel, that’s simply not happening.

Our country is run by people who have adopted the ‘stolen craft’ of Esav as their main religion, and we are all paying the price for it. Which brings me to the next point I want to make, about how the idea that killing and murdering people is somehow the best solution to every problem gained so much traction in the first place.

A lot has changed since I wrote this two years ago.

Like, for example, these days the FBI is actively trying to track down and ’round up’ people with guns in the USA, who they consider to be a threat to the powers-that-be.

Woopy-do, great you have five machine guns in your cupboard – but how is that going to really help you, when they powers-that-be knock on your door and give you a choice between handing your weapons in voluntarily, or being arrested?

What, you’re going to dig yourself in and begin a shoot-out with law enforcement?

You think you can out-gun a government, an army, who is spending billions and trillions on figuring out the best way to kill people who get in their way, and who has no moral qualms about murdering millions and billions of people?

Violence is not the answer.

Teshuva and prayer is the answer, long-term.

Of course, in the short-term, in the here-and-now, if I see a terrorist coming over to stab someone, of course I will do everything in my power to neutralise them and prevent them from hurting people.

That’s not ‘violence’, that’s Torah-mandated self-defence.

We are Jews.

We aren’t ‘Esav’.

Jewish wars, Jewish battles, have never really been ‘won’ with hi-tech ways of mass-killing other people.

Read Tanach, understand that all our successful wars were won with open miracles, and were fought by people who had emuna and truly believed in Hashem.

Even in our times, the Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War were won by open miracles, not because the State of Israel had an amazing military.

It was corrupt and barely functioning then, and it’s still corrupt and barely functioning today.

Ask anyone who actually serves in the IDF and they will tell you the same.

Many of our problems appear intractable right now, because it IS going to take open miracles to solve them.

They only get solved by God, when enough of us start adopting the route of praying and following the advice of our true tzaddikim like Rebbe Nachman.

I sat in an airport in Kiev two years ago, under armed guard with a squad of Ukrainian soldiers as they put me and my family on a bus in the middle of the airfield and then had a doberman run around the bus to make sure no-one could ‘escape’.

I spent the whole hour clapping, because what else could I do?

An hour later, they let us off that bus.

And two hours after that, we were let out of the airport miraculously, and allowed to spend the next three weeks in Uman, for Rosh Hashana.

I have seen open miracles time and again, following Rabbenu’s advice and paying pidyonot.

People don’t like to hear that.

They prefer to think they could somehow ‘break out a machine gun’ and fight their way out of their issues.

That’s ridiculous nonsense, at best – and it’s also totally anti-emuna.

God is the One putting us in all these unsolvable difficulties, and God will solve them as and when He sees fit, once we get the message that we can’t do this stuff without Him.

So please, stop telling me that we need ‘an armed uprising’.

That stuff is for non-Jews, it’s for Esav.

Our way, our path, is prayer and teshuva, and following the advice of our real Tzaddikim, who really know what they’re talking about.

And each time we forget that, we pay a very big price for it.
